• Directing supervisory personnel within assigned functional area; overseeing and advising on staffing requirements;

Air Logistics Manager

• Lead Supply SIOP team in the creation of a consensus rolling production plan for the 18-month period by product line and by region, consistent with planning strategies, target inventory policies, and available capacity (RCCP or Rough-Cut Capacity Plan) across a global network.
• Drive optimal Make vs Buy decisions balancing contractual obligations, cost management, and inventory control objectives
• Generate a preliminary monthly purchase plan aligned to constrained production plan and considering supplier contracts and capacities
• Generate and optimize a monthly Inventory projection based on the demand and supply plans
• Partner with Inventory planner to set and optimize inventory targets and planning strategies for major products with input from business and segment leaders to improve working capital turns while supporting customer service levels.
• Partner with the business and finance teams to reconcile constrained supply plans with demand forecast to capture risks to incorporate into financial projections
• Lead segment Supply Meetings and actively participate in Financial Reconciliation and Executive SIOP meetings to escalate key issues and drive decisions.
• Maintain supply planning-related master data (Inventory Safety stock, Lot sizing, Planning time fences) within our SAP planning system of record.
• Implement various replenishment strategies (Make to forecast, Make to order, etc) based on product classification through effective master data.
• Drive system maturity by leveraging and integrating planning tools (APO SNP).
• Supply Chain focal point for New Product Introduction, New Business/Policies & Manufacturing footprint change initiatives.
• Prepare and provide supply-related data as required to support Sourcing, STRAP, AOP, Financial, and SIOP business processes.

Supply Planner Manager

• Support execution of customer supply chain strategies across assigned accounts, ensuring alignment to sales and inventory goals
• Analyze complex datasets (forecast, inventory, shipments, POS) to uncover insights and provide actionable recommendations
• Validate forecast accuracy and proactively identify risks, making adjustments or recommendations to improve alignment with demand and seasonality
• Review and manage customer orders, ensuring appropriate quantities and product flow timing to support sales priorities
• Lead and enhance reporting and KPI tracking; identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and insight quality
• Serve as a primary analytical partner for ad hoc customer and internal requests, delivering clear, data-driven insights

Senior Analyst, Customer Supply Chain

Warehouse Supply Chain Supervisor – 2nd Shift

• Own end-to-end material flow at the Franklin site—planning, procurement, receiving, inventory, kitting, and material movement—to ensure production-critical Marauder materials are available on time and builds are never missed due to material or kitting issues.
• Drive achievement of on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and production schedule adherence targets for the Marauder line.
• Establish standardized buffer and safety-stock strategies for A/B components and reduce receiving-to-stock and pick/kitting cycle times at Franklin.
• Lead resolution of material shortages, supplier delays, and line-down risks with urgency and clear cross-functional escalation.
• Deliver cost savings at or above plan and build a multi-year savings pipeline through category strategies and disciplined commercial execution.
• Improve working capital by expanding net payment terms, reducing prepayments, and strengthening contract adherence across the supply base.
• Manage local supplier performance and continuity for the Marauder supply base, coordinating with central commodity management and supplier quality on segmentation, sourcing strategy, and development.
• Support Supplier Business Reviews for critical Franklin suppliers and drive improvement in supplier cost, delivery, quality, and contractual performance.
• Ensure all contractual direction to suppliers flows through Supply Chain Management via the PO, SOW, or approved change mechanism, consistent with the SCM Procedure.

Director of Supply Chain

• Monitor trends, analyze issues, recommend improvements and provide leadership and training to Inventory Control team members.
• Supervise Inventory Control team members, ensuring company policies are enforced.
• Maintain the integrity of inventory records while following established procedures.
