• Lead functional design, configuration, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management solutions
• Analyze business processes and recommend D365 SCM solutions aligned with supply chain best practices
• Configure D365 SCM modules including manufacturing, planning, inventory, warehouse, procurement, and asset management
• Support system upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions, fit-gap analysis, solution design workshops, and user training

Dynamics 365 SCM Functional Consultant

• Support purchasing operations, import logistics, food safety compliance, supplier coordination, and cross-functional operational workflows
• Assist with purchase order creation, tracking, and documentation
• Communicate with domestic and international suppliers regarding pricing, availability, lead times, order status
• Maintain supplier records, contracts, and product specifications
• Support inventory planning and monitor supplier lead times
• Help resolve discrepancies related to orders, invoices, and shipments
• Support landed cost calculations and monitor commodity market trends
• Coordinate inbound shipments with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and warehouses
• Track shipments from origin to destination and provide operational updates
• Prepare and organize import documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, Certificates of Analysis (COAs), and Bills of Lading
• Assist with customs clearance coordination and documentation requests
• Support issue resolution related to delays, damages, shortages, and shipment discrepancies
• Maintain food safety and regulatory documentation including supplier approvals, COAs, and audit documentation
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure compliance requirements are met
• Serve as a point of contact for customers throughout the order process
• Address shipment inquiries and service-related concerns professionally
• Handle operational claims and investigate discrepancies
• Prepare operational reports, spreadsheets, and summaries
