• Support global supply chain processes excellence across planning, scheduling, materials management and warehouse logistics, aligning to GMP standards and CDMO business models
• Establish harmonized process controls and KPIs to ensure consistency across sites
• Host global forums (Best Practice sharing, SMEs, and cross-functional working groups) to drive alignment and structured governance
• Lead Lean/Six Sigma-based improvement programs aimed at reducing cycle times, optimizing inventory, and supporting right-first-time performance
• Drive optimization of current systems (ERP, MES) to support GMP-compliant and data-driven decision making
• Lead implementation of advanced planning capabilities (capacity modeling, MPS/MRP improvements, Finite Scheduling, E2E analytics)
• Identify and deploy digital tools that improve process robustness (workflow automation, dashboards, exception management tools)

Process Lead – Global Supply Chain Excellence

• Help support the day-to-day movement of inventory across Metronet’s supply chain
• Coordinate and monitor inbound shipments from suppliers to Metronet’s facilities
• Facilitate the transfer of inventory movement between 60+ market warehouses
• Work with strategic partners (3PL partners, carriers) to achieve and exceed cost and service metrics
• Assist with the onboarding of vendors to Metronet’s Vendor Compliance Manual
• Schedule freight movement through carriers & preferred 3PL partner(s)
• Update and maintain centralized recordkeeping of market warehouses and contact information
• Establish and document standard operating procedures and process maps
• Analyze data and produce reporting for management
• Audit freight invoices for accuracy

• Analyze reagent/analyzer contracts for renegotiation leverage and conversion opportunities

Laboratory Supply Chain Manager

• The Inventory Control Analyst (SAP) provides both analytical and hands‑on inventory control support to ensure high levels of inventory accuracy, system integrity, and operational continuity.
• This role is responsible for executing and troubleshooting SAP inventory transactions, supporting cycle counts and physical inventories, resolving inventory discrepancies, and serving as a key point of contact for system‑related inventory issues across warehouse, production, and supply chain operations.
• The position plays a critical role in supporting inventory controls, financial reporting, and audit compliance, while driving standardization and best practices within inventory management and during annual physical inventory.
• Execute and troubleshoot SAP inventory transactions to maintain accurate system inventory, including goods movements, transfer postings, cycle count adjustments, and stock status changes.
• Reconcile inventory records in SAP, investigate discrepancies, and resolve variances, negative stock, and COGI‑related issues.
• Support cycle count programs, physical inventories, and audit activities, ensuring compliance with internal controls and company policies.
• Perform bin‑to‑bin transfers, handling unit (HU) transactions, and inventory movements to maintain accurate warehouse flow.
• Develop and maintain accurate inventory datasets used for reporting, analysis, and Power BI dashboards to support operational and financial decision‑making.
• Drive standardization, best practices, and continuous improvement in inventory control processes and system usage.
