Supply Chain

• Assist the Project Supply Chain Manager in all aspects of the purchasing cycle of our projects
• Definition of Project Procurement Plan and Procedures
• Responsible for the execution of all aspects of supply chain activities including expediting, procurement and negotiation
• Familiar with market scouting and supplier onboarding processes
• Definition of the bidder list for each inquiry
• Preparation of tender documentation as well as definition of pricing summary tailored to the scope of work
• Lead technical & commercial clarification meetings with bidders
• Examine, review and negotiate T&C’s
• Prepare and finalize commercial Bid Tabulations and Purchase Orders for all items to be purchased
• Collaborate with Key persons to ensure that company and client expectations are met
• Ensures all supply chain activities are carried out in accordance with the project execution plan/schedule and in line with project processes and procedures
• Track and report KPI to measure cost reduction and improve efficiency
• Prepare and tailor project procurement reports in line with project / client requirements
• Comply with code of business conduct and ethics, corporate policies, procedures and work practices

Supply Chain Lead – Procurement Coordinator

• Develop comprehensive plans that balance production capacity with supply chain demands, aligning with sales forecasts and business objectives.
• Analyze and forecast production capacity and supply needs to ensure seamless operations across multiple production sites.
• Evaluate supply and capacity risks, developing proactive mitigation plans to ensure business continuity and resilience.
• Support and coordinate Initiatives and projects related to innovation, product launches (NPD), Continuous Improvement and Business Continuity, ensuring alignment on timelines and priorities.
• Foster cross-departmental collaboration to ensure successful execution of initiatives and tangible improvements in supply chain performance.
• Leverage data analytics to derive actionable insights for capacity and supply planning, aiding in resource allocation and strategic decision-making.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of capacity and supply planning efforts and make informed adjustments.
• Prepare and present insightful reports to senior management that support strategic planning and decision-making processes.

Supply Chain Planner

• Assist the Senior Supply Chain Specialist in all aspect of the purchasing cycle of our projects
• Responsible for the execution of specific aspects of supply chain activities including expediting, procurement and negotiation
• Preparation and issue Request for Quotation for the supply of goods and services for EPC Project and obtaining competitive quotation in a timely manner
• Organize technical & commercial clarification meetings with Bidders
• Liaise with technical disciplines in getting technical bids evaluation
• Prepare and finalize commercial Bid Tabulations and Purchase Orders for all items to be purchased
• Ensures all supply chain activities are carried out in accordance with the project execution plan/schedule and in line with project processes and procedures
• Update the project procurement reports in line with project / client requirements
• Comply with code of business conduct and ethics, corporate policies, procedures and work practices
