Supervisor

• Line-manage an assigned team of highly skilled and specialized Field Service Engineers
• Manage performance and development of the assigned FSE team
• Communicate internally with the team
• Lead and facilitate regular team meetings
• Coordinate regularly with the sales and service team
• Schedule staff efficiently
• Review FSE support requests with 2nd line support
• Manage escalations
• Participate in customer meetings
• Handle critical customer communication with the service manager
• Ensure health and safety protocols are followed
• Coordinate technical and non-technical training
• Support regional service manager installation planning and preparation with the Regional Installation Project Manager and regional experts
• Take on field service activities typically 50% of normal working hours depending on team size
