• Communicate with subject matter experts (SMEs) from other teams to verify information provided in new knowledge requests or knowledge enhancement requests using platforms such as Microsoft Teams or Microsoft Outlook.

Knowledge Enablement Assistant responsible for managing IT knowledge articles at SNHU. Developing and updating knowledge articles while collaborating with teams using Microsoft Tools.

• Work virtually with students in 2nd-6th grade, two sessions each week
• Tutor/Mentor a minimum of 3 students
• Each tutoring session is 45 minutes, and you receive 15 minutes of prep time
• Focus on building fundamental math and literacy skills using evidence-based online programs
• Live training sessions to prepare you for tutoring — no prior experience required
