Solutions Engineer

• Lead requirements discovery workshops with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing, CRM, and Business Intelligence teams.
• Translate business objectives into scalable data integration and architecture solutions.
• Serve as the primary client-facing delivery lead alongside a Fractional vCTO.
• Coordinate with third-party software vendors to obtain integration requirements, negotiate technical specifications, and resolve implementation blockers.
• Establish and maintain data requirements for each source system throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Collaborate with downstream analytics and modeling partners to define data warehouse consumption requirements.
• Drive project planning, status reporting, stakeholder communications, and executive updates.
• Produce key discovery-phase deliverables, including source system assessments, integration recommendations, implementation roadmaps, and vendor evaluations.
• Help shape architecture decisions for a modern enterprise data platform built on Microsoft Fabric and Azure technologies.

Senior Solutions Architect

• Drive the technical discovery process, uncovering customer pain points, requirements, and key business objectives to align Akuity's solutions to their needs
• Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations, architecture walkthroughs, and live demos that showcase Akuity's platform and GitOps best practices
• Deliver outstanding technical support to open-source users and enterprise customers across multiple channels including chat, GitHub, forums, and calls
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex customer issues involving Kubernetes, Argo CD, and the Akuity Platform, escalating to the product engineering team when appropriate
• Recognize patterns in customer issues and proactively contribute to our support playbook, documentation, and internal knowledge base
• Develop tooling, integrations, and automation that improve the customer experience and extend the capabilities of the Akuity Platform
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Sales to relay customer feedback and influence the product roadmap
• Represent Akuity at conferences, webinars, and community events — sharing your expertise and growing Argo's adoption.

Solutions Architect

• Own the technical design of partner integrations, from APIs to workflows, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
• Guide partners through integration with Pipe’s APIs from scoping to launch, while managing timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination across multi-geo rollouts.
• Diagnose and resolve partner issues quickly, working with engineering teams when necessary.
• Translate complex requirements into simple, actionable solutions that accelerate partner go-lives and revenue impact.
• Act as the connective tissue between sales, product, engineering, risk, and compliance to ensure smooth launches.
• Create and refine documentation, solution design docs (SDDs), statements of work (SOWs), playbooks, and other reusable assets that speed up and standardize future integrations.
• Build confidence with partners by delivering joint test plans, data-share templates, Postman collections, and other technical resources that make integrations smoother and more transparent.
• Earn credibility with senior level stakeholders by demonstrating both technical fluency and business acumen.

Senior Solutions Engineer

• Own the technical evaluation of power-side equipment, including inverters, power conversion systems, and medium-voltage transformer solutions
• Support supplier qualification by reviewing technical proposals, comparing equipment options, and recommending suitable vendors or technologies
• Work with engineering, product, procurement, and business development teams to shape power-side solution architecture for utility-scale BESS projects
• Translate technical requirements, customer needs, and market feedback into product requirements, roadmap input, and solution development priorities
• Support certification, compliance, and technical validation activities, including coordination with internal teams, suppliers, and independent engineers
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation, specifications, evaluation records, and solution materials to support internal alignment and customer-facing activities
• Provide technical guidance throughout product integration, commercialization, and field feedback cycles to improve solution performance and competitiveness

Technical Solutions Manager

• Serve as the primary technical bridge between Product/Engineering and our Customer Success teams
• Own onboarding & integrations end-to-end — design reference architectures, validate data flows, and unblock deployments across complex enterprise environments.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in backend development to inform architectural decisions.
• Collaborate with the product team to improve the product’s usability & onboarding processes for customers.
• Turn field signals into roadmap impact — translate requirements and issues from Customer Success/Sales Engineering into clear specs, priorities, and demos with Product/R&D.
• Work with teammates to guide R&D through the evolution of the platform, advising and influencing at every scope.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor internally and externally, leveraging your product expertise to drive meaningful development and & engaged customers.

Solution Architect – Post-Sales

• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them continuously optimize their use of Planful’s Financial Performance Management Suite
• Partner with Customer Success, Renewal and Account Managers to drive adoption, value realization, and long-term customer health across key accounts
• Conduct strategic discovery and solution alignment sessions to understand evolving customer goals and identify opportunities for optimization
• Provide best practice guidance on financial planning, close, and reporting processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Assess existing customer configurations and recommend enhancements aligned to current and future business needs
• Support customers through change management initiatives, ensuring successful adoption of new processes and capabilities
• Proactively identify risks, gaps, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to improve outcomes
• Act as an escalation point for complex functional challenges, focusing on root cause analysis and long-term resolution
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to advocate for customer needs and influence roadmap priorities
• Build deep relationships with key stakeholders to become a long-term strategic partner in their financial transformation journey
