• Lead Radar product integration from requirements, through the development cycle
• Define and implement system integration test plans, automation and workflows
• Supply Algo features validation feedback from early development stages
• Debug and analyze product Performance with Algorithm and system development teams
• Deliver accurate and detailed integration reports
• Provide technical support to key customers on complex R&D technical issues
• Report customer feedback and requests back to support manager, product group, and R&D

Radar System Integration Engineer

• Build & Integrate computer vision software from Dev testing to Delivery to vehicle
• Integrate image processing applications on real vehicles
• Be responsible for deep analysis and reproduction of issues reported from the field
• Collaborate closely with software architects, vehicle system engineering and application engineers across GM worldwide
• Performance Analysis (Workloads on CPU and on DSP/GPU)

Senior Software Integration Engineer

• Act as a technical authority and subject‑matter expert for Mobileye Driving Functions, ADAS, and AV solutions in front of customers.
• Own the end‑to‑end technical engagement with customers, including system understanding, issue analysis, solution definition, and follow‑up.
• Work closely with algorithmic engineering, product, R&D, and program teams to drive customer issue investigation and resolution.
• Gather, analyze, and translate customer feedback and real‑world insights into clear technical requirements and product inputs.
• Lead and support software version integration, validation, and delivery to customers, ensuring alignment between Mobileye core capabilities and customer use cases.
• Take an active role in cross‑functional collaboration with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams.
• Proactively contribute to process improvement and technical workflow optimization across teams.
• Work directly with leading OEMs through technical workshops, test drives, system tuning sessions, and on‑site support.
• Build and maintain long‑term, trusted technical relationships with customers.

Senior Customer Solutions Engineer

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for prospects evaluating our product. Understand their needs and design solutions that align with their infrastructure using our platform.
• Partner with Customer Success to ensure customers onboard quickly and realize value from the platform.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and guides to streamline pre-sales and guide post-sales workflows.
• Support product configuration and deliver minor technical changes required for prospect and customer implementations.
• Feed prospect feedback directly into Product and Engineering, helping shape the roadmap and ensuring the platform evolves with real-world needs.
• Lay the foundation for a scalable Solutions Engineering function by building playbooks and repeatable best practices.

• Own the technical customer relationship
• Lead technical discovery with customers to understand workflows, systems, constraints, data environments, and success criteria.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into clear solution architectures and implementation approaches.
• Build credibility with both executive and technical stakeholders by clearly articulating how Wand works and where it creates differentiated value.
• Partner closely with Sales on strategic deals and with Customer Success on long-term customer success and expansion.
• Design scalable solution architectures for enterprise deployments using Wand’s platform, including workflows, agents, integrations, and governance requirements.
• Define the technical approach for proofs of concept, pilots, and production rollouts.
• Ensure solution designs are realistic, robust, measurable, and aligned with customer environments.
• Help customers navigate integration, security, reliability, and operationalization considerations.
• Define technical proof strategies for enterprise opportunities, including what needs to be validated for a customer to move forward.
• Establish clear POC success criteria and benchmarks across dimensions such as accuracy, latency, coverage, usability, reliability, and business impact.
• Help create a consistent “proof-to-contract” standard across the organization.

Sales Solution Architect

• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to deeply understand customer requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and serve as a trusted advisor from initial evaluation through deployment and expansion
• Lead technical discovery to map customer workflows, identify automation opportunities, and design agent architectures that deliver measurable value
• Build and optimize AI agents—configuring workflows, writing and refining prompts, and tuning agent behavior to meet customer requirements
• Own integrations between Zip AI agents and customer systems (ERPs, CLMs, ticketing, TPRM, and other procurement tools) using middleware and iPaaS platforms
• Drive successful implementations end-to-end—scoping requirements, documenting architecture, testing configurations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth go-lives
• Enable customer teams to manage and improve their agents, building confidence and long-term self-sufficiency
• Gather insights on how customers are deploying AI agents, identify emerging patterns, and deliver structured feedback to Product and Engineering
