Social Media Manager

• Leadership, coaching and development of our four‑person Content and Social Media team
• Responsibility for the content and social media strategy for our various apps
• Building sustainably growing social media channels and trusted communities with the goal of continuously increasing reach, engagement and relevant traffic and thereby sustainably supporting paid activities
• Setting up scalable, AI‑supported content processes that increase production speed and efficiency without sacrificing quality, creativity or brand voice
• Developing and continuously optimizing communication strategies and creatives for organic and paid
• Establishing systematic creative-testing frameworks and data‑driven optimization processes to continuously improve content performance and increase ROAS
• Expanding and managing UGC, influencer and brand collaborations to strengthen community, reach and brand growth

Team Lead Content and Social Media

• You develop concepts and ideas for social media advertising videos — creative, strategic, and always on trend.
• You plan and organize our shoots down to the smallest detail: from casting actors and reviewing and managing applications to preparing clear briefings.
• You support the organization of props and the search for suitable locations.
• After a few months of onboarding, you will present your concepts in client meetings and convince others with your vision.

Social Media Marketing Intern 80–100%

• You develop content ideas and concepts for Instagram and TikTok — from hook through script to storyboard — and produce them as Reels and carousels.
• You spot trends, sounds and formats early and translate them into concrete ideas for our brands.
• You plan the editorial calendar with us and contribute your own ideas.
• You manage community and comments and enjoy direct interaction.
• Optional, depending on strengths: research and outreach to suitable creators for collaborations.
