• Develop design, debug, and operate on the Bell Canada ServiceNow instance
• Provide support on end-to-end problem resolution and root cause analysis in collaboration with other functional groups, business units, and vendors

ServiceNow Developer

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise monitoring, observability, and event management solutions.
• Collaborate with MEMD design leads across various domains including Event Management, Function Apps, Azure Monitor, App Dynamics, Grafana, ThousandEyes, and more.
• Develop and sustain observability and monitoring standards aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Design monitoring services for applications across SAAS, IAAS, and PAAS platforms.
• Engage with business units to gather requirements and deliver cost-effective monitoring solutions.
• Perform day-to-day design activities and plan for software and automation upgrades.
• Drive innovation through proof-of-concept initiatives and automation strategies.

ServiceNow Solution Architect

• Work with tools such as ServiceNow and Azure DevOps on stories aligned to features; communicate new capabilities and process updates to customers to increase enterprise adoption.
• Implement tools and processes to build a robust platform for use by all IT customer teams; guide development and document standards for use by the organization.
• Act as a consensus builder, aligning systems engineering strategy and design with architectural guidelines, application strategy, and business goals.
• Manage the Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) lifecycle, and create and maintain test automation frameworks for key Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) processes and APIs interfacing with the ServiceNow Platform.

ServiceNow HRSD Application Engineer

• Lead and manage the GCC (Global Capability Center) squad, ensuring effective delivery, collaboration, and alignment with business objectives.
• Provide technical leadership by analyzing complex requirements, resolving technical challenges, and recommending optimal solutions (Out-of-the-Box vs. custom development).
• Establish and enforce development best practices, coding standards, and platform governance across the team.
• Coach and mentor team members to elevate technical capability, productivity, and overall performance.
• Challenge existing processes and ways of working to drive continuous improvement, efficiency, and innovation.
• Actively contribute to development activities by working on user stories or features when required.
• Drive enhancements in CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment efficiency, reliability, and release quality.
• Design and implement automated testing strategies to ensure high-quality delivery of features and user stories primarily within the SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) module.
