• analyze high-level system specifications, system requirements, and use cases related to ITSM processes
• convert business and technical requirements into low-level specifications and detailed ServiceNow design solutions
• design, configure, and enhance ServiceNow ITSM applications, primarily in the Incident, Major Incident, Problem, Request, and Knowledge spaces
• understand and identify system dependencies, upstream/downstream integrations, and platform impacts
• provide appropriate documentation for design decisions, configuration, scripting, estimating assumptions, and performance metrics
• define, conduct, and participate in testing activities (unit, system, integration)

• Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform
• Build, manage, and support workflows and automations using Flow Designer
• Conduct instance upgrades
• Manage users, roles, updates, and system configurations
• Troubleshoot platform issues and provide operational support
• Develop and maintain scripts, business rules, and integrations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement platform enhancements

ServiceNow System Administrator

• Available to teach synchronous online courses via Microsoft Teams on Monday and Tuesday every week
• Plan and organize instruction in ways that maximize virtual student learning and engagement
• Modify, where appropriate, instructional methods and strategies to meet diverse student’s needs
• Employ appropriate teaching and learning strategies to communicate subject matter to students
• Possess thorough and accurate knowledge of Service Now workflow deployment.
• Collaborate with colleagues, attend meetings and academic initiatives for overall program improvement
• Stay current in their subject matter through professional development, involvement in professional organizations, and attending meetings, conferences, or workshops
• Design, update, and align course materials with college standards for adult learners
• Develop hands-on labs, assessments, and other course materials, while evaluating their effectiveness

• Develop hands-on labs, assessments, and other course materials, while evaluating their effectiveness
• Build and maintain course shells and templates, including syllabi, exams, discussions, assignments, and assessments

• Review course material for accuracy and relevance, providing recommendations for improvements
• Promote collaboration with other staff members and participate in the implementation of new projects, ideas, etc.

• Manage the administration, stability, of the ServiceNow platform
• Partner with Platform Engineering to ensure reliable platform performance, scalable configurations, and high‑quality end‑user experiences
• Focus on operational delivery, incident and request fulfillment, configuration, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform
• Sit on the Platform Administration side of the ServiceNow operating model and plays a critical role in keeping the platform healthy, responsive, and well‑governed
