Security Engineer

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor for our enterprise customers, responding to and resolving inquiries and incidents related to network security and performance, while delivering timely, high-quality and personalized assistance.
• Work directly with customers to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues involving DDoS mitigation, firewall rules, SSL/TLS, network confirmation, and other security configurations.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles, technical guides, and troubleshooting documentation for internal and customer use.
• Compare traffic signatures and attributes including IP addresses, cookie variations, HTTP headers, and JavaScript footprints to determine what is good traffic and what is malicious
• DDoS mitigation for OSI layers 3,4, & 7: advise customers on how to filter malicious traffic using Cloudflare tools like Magic Transit, Network Firewall, WAF, IP reputation lists, packet inspection, blocklisting, allowlisting, and rate limiting
• Work with Engineering and Product teams to improve products and tools
• Utilize generative AI and automation tools to streamline log analysis, accelerate root-cause analysis during security incidents, and optimize customer response times.

Network Security Engineer

• Administer, configure, and maintain enterprise physical security systems, with a strong focus on Genetec Security Center, including Synergis Access Control and video surveillance platforms.
• Program and configure new security devices, system expansions, upgrades, and Day 2 operational enhancements across APAC environments.
• Monitor system health, optimize system availability, and proactively identify and resolve issues impacting physical security infrastructure performance.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, system backups, firmware updates, log reviews, and preventative maintenance activities.
• Manage and prioritize service requests and break-fix incidents through Zendesk, ensuring timely resolution, documentation, and operational visibility.
• Configure access control systems, manage load sheets, perform Genetec programming, and maintain system configurations supporting operational and project requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, installers, and site stakeholders to support maintenance activities, service requests, and site access requirements.
• Support testing and commissioning activities, including pre-test validation, T&C reporting, punch list management, and system acceptance.
• Maintain accurate system documentation, service metrics, trackers, and reporting for ongoing maintenance activities and special projects.
• Partner with global security technology teams to improve system performance, standardize configurations, and support enterprise security initiatives.

APAC Physical Security Systems Administrator

• Manage multiple projects and initiatives by developing project plans, timelines, milestones, and tracking deliverables.
• Develop and maintain documentation that clearly defines roles, responsibilities, and workflows for internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings, document action items, and drive accountability to ensure projects remain on schedule.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, workflows, process documentation, and operational playbooks.
• Create dashboards, reports, and executive briefings that communicate project status, KPIs, SLAs, and overall program performance.
• Gather information from internal stakeholders to develop clear, organized, and user-friendly documentation.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks or roadblocks, and proactively recommend solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and standardize workflows across teams.
• Facilitate ongoing collaboration and dialogue with key stakeholders for progress against the technology roadmap and project plans.

APAC Security Systems Project Manager – Non-Technical

• Researching certain malware or types of attacks
• Reproducing the attack(s), in suitable contexts
• Exploring how to defend against the attack(s)
• Finding ways to implement the defences/detections, possibly including but not limited to a POC.
• Internal communications for knowledge sharing.

Security Research Intern

• Build, maintain and enhance infrastructure related to detection & response engineering lifecycle, telemetry and log pipelines, automation and AI.
• Support alert pipeline and detection use case development.
• Build, manage, and optimize agentic workflows for security engineering and detection engineering operations.
• Ensure fast, secure, and reliable delivery of code while maintaining a focus on quality and production readiness.
• Build, manage, and optimize Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to enhance development workflows.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) templates or playbooks using tools such as Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent.
• Design and implement automated solutions and workflows using scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell) or hyperautomation platforms.
• Integrate DevOps principles into development lifecycles, promoting practices around collaboration, monitoring, and agile delivery.
• Lead projects and initiatives that may involve - Endpoint Security enhancements, Attack Simulation, Use Case Validation, Threat Hunting, Compromise Assessments, Network/Endpoint security reviews, etc.

Senior Security Engineer, Analytics and Engineering

• Be a security thought leader within Rockwell Automation through educating internal personnel and influencing proper security development techniques and tools.
• Provide guidance to senior levels of management regarding product security risk and exposure.
• Drive the process for managing vulnerabilities and their resolution.
• Provide periodic metrics demonstrating our vulnerability posture.
• Drive the proper application of security principles and techniques with product groups.
• Research current security trends in Industrial Control Systems, software, embedded systems, hardware design, cloud-to-edge, and application security and collaborate with security experts to ensure proper security requirements are put in place.
• Participate and provide critical analysis in security exception reviews and then advocate/review those exceptions with senior management.
• Interact with Digital Trust on security initiatives that the product groups need to participate in.
• Represents the business unit for customer presentations and meetings with regards to security.
• Position requires an understanding of security in the IT and automation markets, competitive offerings, and customer needs to provide direction and implementation in Rockwell Automation control system products and services.

Product Security Lead

• Monitor, maintain, and manage servers and infrastructure services, such as Anti-virus systems, Databases, Active Directory, Exchange Mail, File services, firewalls, etc.
• Develop and implement housekeeping routines, monitoring system and infrastructure service logs
• Ensure that back-up operations are executed and completed, ensuring the integrity of back-up operations periodically in order to restore from back-up as required
• Provide technical support for the end users needs, such as personal computers (PCs), laptops, network printer, and emails
• Conduct root cause analysis of incidents and provide permanent resolution to these incidents

• Lead and execute consulting engagements focused on Microsoft and Armor security technology and architecture, helping to modernize customer security and address emerging issues such as AI and modern security operations.
• Review customer implementations and recommend improvements to maximize the value of their security investments and reduce security, data protection, and compliance risk.
• Conduct security assessments, design security architectures, and implement security solutions including the Microsoft Defender suite, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Entra suite, Microsoft Sentinel, and Microsoft Azure security.
• Build new consulting and implementation methodologies for emerging technologies such as Agent 365, ensuring Armor's professional services portfolio stays ahead of customer demand for next-generation Microsoft capabilities.
• Support customer execution of related non-Microsoft security technologies such as vulnerability management, exposure management, and cloud security, providing architectural guidance and integration support.
• Develop SOWs and proposals tailored to customer needs.
• Drive service development and continuous improvement initiatives within the Armor professional services portfolio.
