• Develop, maintain, and release new versions of JChat Java Client (Swing)
• Develop, maintain, and release new versions of JChat Web Client (Angular)

• Develop, maintain, and release new versions of M-Link Server for JChat
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies
• Maintain and improve the development pipeline (CI/CD toolchain)

• Conducting audits and quality reviews of IT applications, with a special focus on SAP ERP, HR, and S/4 systems;
• Developing solutions and standards to ensure compliance with legal and internal requirements, especially regarding critical authorizations and segregation of duties;
• Collaborating closely with various stakeholders, including internal and external auditors, the internal control team, and business process owners;
• Regular review and reapproval of critical SAP access rights to ensure compliance and reduce associated risks;
• Designing, implementing, and continuously improving IT security and audit processes as well as related tools;
• Contributing to the global IT security and audit strategy;
• Defining and advancing IT security measures and audit guidelines in line with international standards such as NIST, ISO27001, and DSAG, and supporting their implementation.

IT Security & Audit Professional – SAP Authorizations

• Lead secure design and lifecycle management of OT environments (ICS, SCADA, PLC, DCS, HMI)
• Define and implement OT/IT segmentation aligned with the Purdue Model
• Oversee global security operations, including incident response and escalation handling
• Collaborate with MSSP and internal teams on threat detection and response
• Support core security domains (Vulnerability Management, PAM, DLP, Security Awareness)
• Drive security architecture and transformation initiatives across hybrid environments
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO 27001, NIST, MITRE ATT&CK)
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders (vendors, partners, clients)
• Evaluate and optimize security tools, including OT platforms (e.g., Armis, Claroty, Dragos, Darktrace)

Global IT Security Expert – OT

• Identify and communicate current and emerging security threats
• Design security architecture elements to mitigate threats as they emerge
• Create solutions that balance business requirements with information and cyber security requirements
• Identify security design gaps in existing and proposed architectures and recommend changes or enhancements
• Work with R&D teams during the development phase and advise on security best-practices
• Help developers review code analysis reports
• Report on the security state of a currently developed software product
• Collaborate with and direct security testers
