• Train and coach teams on agile principles and best practices
• Work with teams to translate agile principles into concrete ways of working
• Improve inter-team communication and collaboration
• Support senior leadership in designing scalable organizational operating systems
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives and demos
• Help teams improve project management and identify roadblocks
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and experimentation

Senior Agile Coach

• You strengthen software development teams in the consistent application of Scrum or LeSS, contributing to increased productivity and quality
• You actively improve information flow and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders
• Through coaching and mentoring, you promote the continuous development of agile working practices within the team
• You independently identify impediments and develop appropriate solutions
• You support the team in self-organization and in achieving sprint goals
• Together with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches, you drive the further development and company-wide optimization of agile practices, ensuring a unified and clearly aligned approach

• You accompany and coach cross-functional teams in introducing and establishing agile practices and foster a shared understanding of the Scrum framework.
• You actively promote team development, knowledge transfer, and self-organization among team members.
• You organize and facilitate Scrum events, workshops, and regular client communications.
• You help design sustainable processes and drive their continuous improvement.
• You identify impediments early and guide the team in a solution-oriented manner to remove them.
• You confidently moderate conflicts and lead participants through structured problem-solving processes.
• You support Product Owners in maintaining and evolving Scrum artifacts and provide Scrum-context coaching as needed.
