• Lead programs and initiatives that improve sales performance and engagement
• Build and scale training, certification, and enablement programs that drive adoption and skill development
• Oversee content and communications strategies that support effective execution

Head of Sales Enablement

• Managing lead assignment logic and workflows to ensure speed and accuracy.
• Supporting our commercial teams (Sales, AM, CS, Marketing) with clean, organized, and up-to-date CRM data.
• Building and maintaining reporting dashboards for Sales, Lead Gen, CS, and Leadership.
• Identifying inefficiencies in current processes and proposing actionable improvements.
• Partnering with our Operations Partners (Sales, Marketing, CX), and the broader Commercial Ops team on cross-functional initiatives.
• Supporting adoption of new tools and processes through documentation and enablement.
• Running small RevOps projects and contributing to a scalable commercial operations infrastructure.

Sales Operations Specialist

• Partner closely with Manager to VP-level Sales Leadership to optimize our Enterprise Sales motion
• Lead large cross-functional programs focused on improving Sales outcomes
• Intake, assess, and prioritize Sales-specific requests and process gaps based on business impact and effort
• Develop and maintain operational metrics that uncover inefficiencies or risks within the seller workflow
• Collaborate with Salesforce Systems and RevOps teams to enhance automation and deliver scalable tooling
• Champion Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally
