• Work closely with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to identify and prioritize target accounts in the DACH region.
• Research and prospect into new accounts, using calls, emails, and social channels to start conversations with decision‑makers.
• Qualify prospects by understanding their technology landscape, team challenges, and business goals.
• Book discovery meetings and ensure smooth handover to the sales team with clear context and expectations.
• Maintain clean, up‑to‑date records of activities, contacts, and pipeline in our CRM.
• Share feedback from the market to help refine our messaging, campaigns, and go‑to‑market strategy.
• Develop and iterate on outreach strategies to consistently improve your results.

Sales Development Representative

• Manage high volume inbound and outbound B2B sales activities across all stages of the sales funnel
• Engage prospects daily via video calls, phone, email and social media outreach (video meetings are the core responsibility)
• Identify and approach alternative decision-makers using various tool and lead generation methods
• Build, manage and maintain a strong and healthy sales pipeline
• Qualify leads and hand over high-quality opportunities to the onboarding team to continue the sales process
• Track and report on daily, monthly and quarterly KPIs in line with sales targets

• Generate and qualify outbound sales opportunities through personalized outreach
• Conduct detailed research on prospective clients and build targeted prospect lists
• Create highly personalized outbound messages via LinkedIn and email
• Write medium-to-high-level sales copy focused on personalization, clarity, and conversion
• Initiate and manage outbound conversations with potential clients
• Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria before booking discovery meetings
• Book and schedule discovery meetings for the Sales Team
• Lead initial discovery conversations when required
• Maintain accurate tracking of outreach and pipeline activity in HubSpot
• Continuously test and optimize outreach messaging to improve reply and booking rates
• Collaborate with the Sales and Service Departments for alignment in messaging and targeting
• Participate in sales meetings and performance reviews
