• Own content research and mapping across the site, prioritizing searches by intent, difficulty, and business value for both consumer and merchant audiences
• Execute on-page optimizations across landing pages, blog content, and product pages, including title tags, meta descriptions, headers, internal linking, and content structure
• Perform ongoing technical SEO audits and work with the development team to prioritize and implement fixes covering crawlability, indexation, page speed, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, and site architecture
• Develop content briefs for the content team that translate keyword strategy into actionable page-level guidance, including target terms, search intent, recommended structure, and internal link targets
• Monitor organic performance in various monitoring tools, identifying ranking changes, traffic shifts, and content gaps that require action
• Support localized SEO execution across state, city, and merchant-specific pages, coordinating with development on dynamic page templates where applicable
• Coordinate with compliance on SEO-driven content to ensure all published material meets financial services advertising and regulatory standards before going live
• Track algorithm updates and assess their impact on site performance, communicating findings and recommended responses to the Director of Growth

SEO Specialist

• Develop and execute communication and marketing plans for patrons worldwide to discover, gather, connect, and unite their families.
• Assist in marketing and project management tasks, including writing presentations and project proposals, tracking results.
• Work independently as well as a team on other projects and tasks.

Marketing/Communications Intern

• Own SEO strategy and execution for an assigned portfolio of brands/products
• Conduct recurring SEO, content, technical, and competitor audits and turn findings into prioritized action plans
• Build and manage content runways, optimization plans, refresh opportunities, and briefs for new and existing pages
• Partner cross-functionally to improve rankings, traffic, engagement, and conversion performance
• Execute and support technical SEO improvements across metadata, crawlability, indexation, internal linking, schema, site structure, and overall site health
• Maintain topic clusters, internal linking strategies, and on-page optimization across landing pages and blog content
• Use reporting and performance analysis to spot issues early, QA data, and recommend next steps

• Set clear expectations, quality standards, workflows, and growth paths across the team
• Own SEO strategy across Veracity brands and products, including technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, reporting, governance, and emerging AI search visibility opportunities
• Build repeatable plays, SOPs, QA standards, and prioritization frameworks that improve consistency, speed, and output quality
• Guide dashboards and reporting that connect SEO performance to meaningful business outcomes
• Evaluate and implement AI-assisted workflows and automations that improve execution without sacrificing judgment, accuracy, or stakeholder trust
• Partner cross-functionally to improve site health, search visibility, landing page performance, and conversion opportunities.
