Graduate Test Engineer

• Lead quality engineering across digital delivery squads
• Set and evolve end-to-end testing strategy and automation roadmap
• Embed quality from early discovery through to release
• Partner with Test Engineer, Full Stack Developers, and analytics teams
• Design and scale automated testing, strengthen test environment stability
• Define and communicate clear quality measures and dashboards

Lead Test Engineer

• Hands-on with both manual and automated testing across functional (API/UI) and non-functional (performance) domains
• Help shape the quality of trading and corporate platforms
• Work closely with Delivery Leads, Product Owners, BAs, Project Managers, and other Testers
• Define test scenarios and prepare test data
• Execute functional, regression, integration, performance, and end-to-end testing
• Contribute to and maintain test automation frameworks (Playwright, Appium, Postman)
• Use tools like Git, CI/CD pipelines, Jira, and Confluence
• Provide quality feedback and advocate for the user experience
• Influence testing strategy and automation adoption
