• Suoritat käytännönläheistä laitteistotestausta Savoxin tuotteille kehitysprosessin aikana
• Keskeisiä päivittäisiä tehtäviä ovat ympäristö-, kestävyys- ja laitteistotestaukset
• Analysoit testituloksia, valmistat testiraportteja ja tuet juurisyiden tutkimuksia suunnitteluinsinöörien kanssa
• Osallistut käytännön testimenetelmien kehittämiseen ja testiasetusten parantamiseen

Test Engineer – HW/Mechanical

• Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies for products and systems
• Drive implementation of qualification programs (DV, PV) for customer and R&D projects
• Plan, execute, and oversee testing activities across EOL, EMC, vibration, and destructive testing
• Ensure test coverage, reliability, and alignment with product requirements
• Contribute to test method development and validation
• Analyse test data and provide root cause analysis for failures
• Design and implement testing frameworks, tools, and methodologies
• Develop and improve testing processes, documentation, and reporting practices
• Ensure safe operations in the testing laboratory in line with safety standards
• Support certification processes and compliance with industry standards
• Act as a technical lead and mentor for Test Engineers and Technicians
• Coordinate testing activities across different testing areas and teams
• Support resource planning and prioritization of testing work
• Work closely with R&D, product development, quality, and production teams
• Provide feedback from testing to support product improvements

Senior Test Engineer – Manager

• Develop automation roadmaps and action plans for the local market in collaboration with the global Intelligent Automation team
• Drive business cases, governance models, change management, and process optimization initiatives
• Analyze and introduce new automation and AI technologies within business contexts
• Evaluate and select optimal technologies for scalable enterprise automation solutions
• Act as a thought leader in Intelligent Automation for customers and internal stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with market units, customer teams, and sales organizations
• Contribute to both short-term and long-term business growth within the Intelligent Automation area
• Participate in customer engagements as a billable consultant
• Build and expand networks with customers and partners to support business growth
• Contribute to the global development of Intelligent Automation offerings

Intelligent Automation Architect

• Suunnittelet, rakennat ja kehität testiautomaatiota osana moderneja DevOps-tiimejä, myös liidaat joissain tapauksissa tiimien tekemistä.
• Työskentelet tiiviissä yhteistyössä kehittäjien, testaajien, liiketoiminnan ja toimittajien edustajien kanssa.
• Toimit tarvittaessa sparraajana ja coachina asiakkaiden testiautomaatiokehittäjille ja juniorimmille asiantuntijoille.
• Viet testauksen parhaita käytäntöjä eteenpäin asiakasympäristöissä.
• Osallistut testausstrategioiden ja -mallien kehittämiseen.

Lead Test Automation Engineer

• Suunnittelet ja toteutat monipuolisia tuotetestauksia, jotka sisältävät testien suunnittelun, valmistelun, suorituksen, tulosten analysoinnin ja dokumentoinnin.
• Osallistut tuotekehitystestausten ja tuotteen hyväksyntätestausten suunnitteluun ja toteutukseen.
• Toteutat turvallisuustestausta ja riskiarviointeja.
• Vastaat testausdokumentaation laatimisesta ja testitulosten analysoinnista.
