• Own end ‑ to ‑ end global training strategy and delivery for the SAP S/4HANA program, from design through post ‑ go ‑ live sustainment
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and translate insights into actionable, region ‑ specific training plans
• Design role ‑ based learning journeys for corporate, manufacturing, operational, and regional users using ILT/VILT, e ‑ learning, microlearning, simulations, and job aids

• Leads SAP Basis technical application upgrades to qualifying environment
• Act as Subject Matter Expert for SAP Basis architecture, security and support processes

• Support SIT and UAT testing
• Support Cutover and Hypercare
• Design and configure solutions in one or more S/4HANA Logistics modules
• Lead workshops to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in live systems
• Provide post-go-live support and knowledge transfer to internal teams

Senior SAP S4 HANA Logistics Consultant – SD, MM, LE

• Support SAP S/4 Service implementation for a heavy machine / automotive client
• Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements for warranty processes
• Design and implement claim types, processing workflows, and status profiles
