• Plan, Manage and Execute delivery as a Leader in client-facing engagements
• Design, Build and Optimize solutions based on the SAP Business Suite and S/4 HANA
• Help Plan, Roadmap, and Execute migrations to SAP S/4 HANA
• Collaborate on a cross-functional basis to develop and deliver technology solutions
• Define and update Solution Roadmaps, Architecture documents, etc.
• Help transition delivered solutions to the Support/Services organization with an attention to quality

SAP SD Functional Lead

• The SAP Delivery Executive is directly accountable for successful execution and completion of an assigned portfolio of programs and projects.
• Responsible for a single engagement or domain within an account and acts as Delivery Executive for business critical engagements.
• Responsible for overall delivery profitability and productivity, establishing a proper governance framework and ensures proper reporting.
• Lead commercial management and take part to contract negotiation along with seeking to expand Capgemini’s client footprint by identifying and anticipating and driving business opportunities.
• Responsible for the successful delivery of client outcomes and results.
• Establish and maintain direct and transparent relationships with appropriate senior level client contacts for each program and/or engagement assigned.
• Work consistently, expeditiously and proactively with appropriate client counterparts to understand and address identified issues and/or provide guidance on avoiding future issues that would impede the success of the client outcomes/results.
• Work with each Engagement Manager to understand deficiencies and/or issues with required assets and personnel required for the success of the engagement and take steps to remediate identified concerns.
• Actively monitor the plan including progress activity updates, adjustments aligned with the SOW and associated CRs and agreed-to replanning activities.
