Robotics Middleware Founder

• Manages post-intake fact-finding and project research for new initiatives, identifying additional opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
• Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates current-state business system, business rules, and user needs to document and define objectives for automation solutions.
• Builds process maps, builds documentation of data inputs and outputs, and defines processing scenarios and edge cases for automation solutions.
• Translates functional and non-functional business requirements into technical outlines of work for the team.
• Develops test plans and ensures data provided by stakeholders or product teams meets testing conditions and supports the stakeholders as they review and approve test results.
• Manages post-implementation issue tracking and problem resolution in support of the developers and engineers.
