AI User Research Consultant – Life Sciences

• Collect law firm submissions and client feedback, and use public sources to support rankings and editorial content.
• Become fully proficient in all research systems, workflows, and data management protocols.
• Conduct structured interviews with lawyers and corporate contacts under supervision, ensuring accurate and complete notes transcription where possible.
• Track, organise, and process law firm submissions for assigned jurisdictions or practice areas in line with required deadlines.
• Draft law firm and individual analysis summaries and data-driven insights for inclusion in rankings and profiles, with guidance from senior team members.
• Use AI tools to improve efficiency and quality of output, including in relation to editorial content production.
• Produce clear, insightful analysis of research findings and draft high-quality content for rankings and profiles.
• Support the team at conferences and events as required.

• Work alongside Dr Anne Templeton and other team members as part of an UKRI funded project.
• Integral to key aspects of the project including monitoring the progression of the project.

Post-Doctoral Research Associate

• Conducting structured desktop research into emerging technologies, tools, processes and trends relevant to Jellycat Labs’ focus areas
• Translating complex technical topics (e.g. robotics, automation, AI, materials science) into clear, practical insights for non‑technical stakeholders
• Produce high‑quality research outputs including: Briefing notes, Comparative technology summaries, Opportunity assessments and Technology landscape overviews
• Monitoring academic research, industry publications, start‑ups and innovation ecosystems for relevant developments
• Supporting the Jellycat Labs leadership in managing a portfolio of research projects, ensuring each has: Clear objectives, Defined timelines and milestones, Documented outputs and next steps
• Tracking progress across multiple workstreams, flagging risks, delays or dependencies early
• Coordinating inputs from internal stakeholders and, where relevant, external partners such as universities, research centres or technology providers
• Maintaining clear records, libraries and dashboards of all Jellycat Labs research activity
• Working closely with Jellycat Labs leadership to ensure research activity is aligned to wider business priorities
• Supporting engagement with internal Jellycat teams (operations, product, sourcing, manufacturing) by tailoring research outputs to their needs
• Assisting in preparing materials for presentations, workshops or advisory discussions with senior stakeholders
• Developing a strong understanding of Jellycat’s products, manufacturing model and long‑term strategy

Research Analyst, Junior Project Manager

• Ensure proper conduct of clinical trials in accordance with the Study Monitoring Plan and applicable laws, Good Clinical Practices
• Manage operational aspects for implementation of clinical trial activities at assigned investigator sites from site activation through database lock
• Interface with the study team, facilitate information flow between team members and vendors
• Monitor site level AEs and SAEs, collaborate with Drug Safety Unit and follow-up with investigators

Senior Clinical Research Associate – Oncology

• Design and run **experiments, surveys, and pilot studies**, ensuring methodological rigour and timely delivery
• Translate ambiguous problems into **clear research questions, success metrics, and testable hypotheses**
• Select and apply appropriate methodologies (e.g. **RCTs, A/B tests, regression analysis, ANOVA**)
• Manage the full research lifecycle: **design → approvals → execution → analysis → insight delivery**
• Produce **clear, concise, and actionable outputs** for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with **product, operations, data, and engagement teams** to embed experimentation into workflows
• Contribute to building a **scalable, outcome-focused experimentation culture** across the organisation

Research Associate – Experimentation & Insights

• Lead and co-ordinate Hiscox Re’s catastrophe research activities.
• Lead specific research projects that include: defining and implementing the Hiscox View of Risk validation of catastrophe vendor models, leading research on catastrophe frequency and severity on specific regions and perils.
• Co-ordinate research projects and specific project work with reinsurance underwriting teams, Hiscox Group research and exposure management teams and other Hiscox business unit catastrophe managers.
• Present externally to brokers, cedants and Hiscox capital partners, confidently articulating our catastrophe management and View of Risk.
• Provide thought leadership on topics relating to natural catastrophes including climate change.
• Represent Hiscox Re internally at risk committees and exposure management groups.
• Own scientific and portfolio insight on active cat events and communicate this to Hiscox Re and Group leadership teams.
• Represent Hiscox Re at Industry events.

Senior Catastrophe Research Analyst

• Contributes to the selection of potential investigators.
• Responsible for study start-up and regulatory maintenance, including submissions to EC/IRB and Regulatory Authorities.
• Trains and advises investigators and site staff in study related matters.
• Ensures sites are inspection ready and maintains regular communication with study teams.
• Initiates, monitors and closes study sites as per compliance.
• Conducts monitoring visits, remote data checks, and Quality Risk Assessments during the study.
• Ensures accurate and timely reporting of Serious Adverse Events.

Senior Clinical Research Associate

• Perform site monitoring visits (selection, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits) in accordance with contracted scope of work and regulatory requirements.
• Work with sites to adapt, drive, and track subject recruitment plan in line with project needs.
• Administer protocol and related study training to assigned sites and establish regular lines of communication with sites.
• Evaluate the quality and integrity of study site practices and manage the progress of assigned studies.

Clinical Research Associate II, Oncology

• Analyze and process large structured and unstructured datasets using statistical programming tools to support critical research initiatives and market intelligence
