QA Engineer

• Quality interface to the customers for Schaeffler Vietnam responsible for handling Internal and External Customer complaints with Plants.
• Develop a good customer centric focus approach to visit customer to understand the quality requirement of our product and its critical impact in the customer application.
• Support sales teams with all necessary quality documentation and or process implementation as needed to fulfill customer quality requirements to win new or maintain existing business.
• Support the sales team in quality documentations of new product introduction program (e.g. APQP, PPAP and PSW).
• Responsible that new sample parts are delivered with good quality parts from the plant to the customer for evaluation and take up actions with factories if there are deviation observed.
• Consolidate and update quality status to the Industrial head of sales and SEA Quality.
• Provide engineering support to sales and marketing staffs, Customer service, distributors, OEMs, and end-user.
• Conduct product knowledge and practical training for customers.

Service Quality Engineer

• Perform automated testing on new technologies and features to ensure their reliability and functionality.
• Identify and report defects in applications, contributing to product quality improvement.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and other stakeholders to understand feature implementations and project requirements.
• Write and execute test scenarios to ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Support the enhancement and maintenance of existing test frameworks.
• Investigate and assist in determining the root cause of bugs.
• Contribute to test plans for projects and features, ensuring a structured testing approach.
• Assist in creating tailored test frameworks for projects that can be reasonably automated.
• Manage and triage reported defects, collaborating with developers to resolve issues.
• Continuously support improvements in the testing infrastructure for better reliability.
• Stay informed on features delivered by other teams to understand possible system interactions.
• Provide code updates and utilities to support the testing process when necessary.

QA Engineer Intern

• Define and drive the overall testing strategy and quality standards for the platform.
• Lead the automation strategy, ensuring scalable and maintainable test frameworks across web and mobile applications.
• Establish best practices for functional, integration, end-to-end, and performance testing.
• Establish quality standards, testing guidelines, and best practices across engineering teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and DevOps teams to embed quality into the CI/CD pipeline and development lifecycle.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to QA and engineering teams across globally distributed environments.
• Oversee test planning, execution, and reporting to ensure high levels of release confidence and platform reliability.
• Continuously evaluate and improve testing tools, frameworks, and processes to support platform growth and scalability.
• Lead defect management processes, ensuring issues are properly prioritized, tracked, and resolved.

Senior QA Engineer

• Collaborate with CEMs to ensure quality standards are maintained and improved.
• Conduct CEM audits and assessments to evaluate their quality systems and processes.
• Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures for supplier products.
• Work closely with the procurement and engineering teams to resolve any supplier-related issues.
• Monitor supplier performance and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives for supplier quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Well get hold of process and quality guideline and related documents for supplier quality management.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of supplier quality activities.
