• Lead end‑to‑end quality oversight for the product program, ensuring compliance with procedures and regulations.
• Develop and maintain the Product Quality Strategy and Product Analytical Strategy in line with supply strategy.

Director, Quality Assurance – Value Chain Management

• Establishing and evolving formal QA processes, while ensuring the use of industry-accepted best practices
• Overseeing all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics and applying and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met
• Defining test methods and creating test plans for new or updated software projects to determine if the software will perform accurately and reliably according to documented requirements as well as established standards under both normal and abnormal conditions

Senior Penetration Tester

• Understand and review Validation documentation, Change Requests, Design and Process FMEA’s, Software Validation, Microbiological and Sterilisation assessments and Critical System Work Orders.
• Provide Quality Engineering support to the Research and Development, New Product Introduction (NPI) and Sustaining Engineering departments up to and including transfer to Production, understanding Design Assurance activities, reviewing associated documents including Design Inputs, Design Verification/Design Validation, Design and Product transfer, Design and Process FMEA and Process Validation.
• Liaise with Production and Quality Control by providing Quality Engineering support to Incoming Quality Control, In-Process and Final Quality Control.
• Drive the Cook Medical Corrective and Preventive Action program (CAPAs) and the Non-Conforming Product Process.
• Drive field action assessments and support field action.
• Support of the Internal Audit and Regulatory Audit Programmes.
• Represent Quality Engineering in audits.
• Analyse quality data to identify trends, highlight systemic risk, and drive improvement actions

• Leads controls testing execution including walkthroughs, design, and operating effectiveness testing
• Performs quality review over testing workpapers (produced by other testers) to ensure execution and documentation meet First Line of Defense Control Testing Methodology and testing quality expectations
• Lead representative to ensure relevant stakeholders are appropriately engaged in all critical testing phases
• Provides support to Tester(s) to ensure testing is being performed effectively and efficiently
• Responsible for monitoring all testing phases including escalation of significant deficiencies and/or testing delays
• Compile, manage, submit and socialize required monthly, quarterly or annual reporting including test results, dashboards and/or testing issue remediation status
• Responsible for assisting in the identification and escalation of follow-ups and potential deficiencies
• Work closely with the business partners to obtain issue remediation action plans, track and report status of remediation actions, including maintaining dialogue with the business to ensure timely remediation of issues
• Assist with control projects, operational and/or corporate risk initiatives, where directed
