QA Automation Engineer

• Leads and oversees the work of a group of Automation Design Engineers
• Reviews and approves design drawings, user manual and installation manual
• Works closely with Project Manager/Engineer to meet project time line and budget
• Leads the team in review, understanding and interpretation of requirements to ensure all specifications are integrated into the design of automation equipment
• Leads design engineers in review of design and manufacturability of design

Automation Engineer

• Leads and oversees the work of a group of Automation Design Engineers.

• Leads the team in review, understanding and interpretation of requirements to ensure all specifications are integrated into the design of automation equipment.

• Designs automation equipment in respective areas of expertise, e.g., Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, or Software Application.
• Works closely with Project Manager/Engineer to meet project time line and within budget.
• Reviews, understands and interprets requirements/specification accurately for integration into design of equipment.
• Ensures design for manufacturability.
• Acts as liaison with internal and/or external Assemblers/manufacturer of equipment to ensure all parts are manufactured to the design.
• Generates design drawings, installation manual, and user manual.
• Ensures all engineering times are logged into tracking system correspondent to the projects.

Automation Engineer III

• Design and develop automation solutions for electronics assembly processes (e.g., SMT, testing, inspection, packaging, material handling)
• Create mechanical, electrical, and control system designs, including drawings, schematics, and specifications
• Program and debug PLCs, HMIs, robots, vision systems, and test equipment
• Lead automation projects from concept through installation, validation, and production ramp-up
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing automated equipment to improve uptime, yield, and cycle time
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and process engineers to define automation requirements
• Support equipment acceptance testing (FAT/SAT) and production qualification
• Work with external vendors and integrators on equipment design, build, and commissioning
• Ensure automation solutions meet safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies
• Develop documentation including work instructions, maintenance procedures, and training materials
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and cost-reduction efforts
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for new automation projects.

Automation Engineer II

• Execute assigned tasks in design, analysis, modification, and integration under close supervision
• Apply standard methods, drawings, and procedures to develop solutions
• Prepare documentation, test records, and configuration updates
• Support preventive maintenance planning and interim corrective action
• Collect data, perform basic measurements, and contribute to validation activities
• Adhere to safety, quality, and compliance standards
• Participate in continuous learning and skill development
• Collaborate within team processes and follow established workflows to ensure consistency and reliability in automation engineering tasks

• Collaborate on the design and implementation of quality engineering practices for financial technology solutions
• Maintain test frameworks to ensure efficient testing across the enterprise
• Work on improving automation frameworks for scalable test automation
• Help define and advocate for testing standards, automation strategies, and best practices in the SDLC
• Support efforts to address performance bottlenecks and quality gaps
• Contribute to the development of tools for managing test data across environments
• Integrate testing tools and frameworks into the CI/CD pipeline
• Develop and maintain automated test environments and data solutions
• Collaborate with quality engineering, product, and business teams on best practices in test-driven development (TDD) and automation
