QA Automation Engineer

• Develop and maintain EAG/API-gateway automation components that integrate with Government-approved CI/CD pipelines.
• Create and validate configuration-as-code, pipeline-compatible deployment artifacts, gateway promotion workflows, API validation gates, and migration automation components.
• Support automated checks for API specification quality, governance compliance, Zero Trust controls, telemetry, configuration drift, and production-readiness evidence.
• Build automation and validation evidence that supports PWS automation outcomes, including 75 percent manual onboarding reduction, 90 percent automated onboarding success rate, and 100 percent Zero Trust/governance compliance prior to production deployment.
• Troubleshoot gateway-side CI/CD integration issues, including deployment failures, configuration errors, credential/certificate dependencies, environment promotion issues, and validation gate failures.
• Support Git-based version control, branching, pull/merge request workflows, artifact repositories, and release evidence.
• Coordinate with Government CI/CD, DevSecOps, cybersecurity, identity, network, and release teams for platform-owned dependencies.
• Produce pipeline documentation, automation runbooks, validation logs, deployment evidence, rollback steps, and knowledge-transfer materials.

Gateway Automation Engineer

• Design, build, implement, and maintain scalable AI-powered automations, integrations, and workflow solutions that support operational efficiency across the organization
• Develop and support automation solutions using technologies such as Python, SQL, APIs, orchestration tools, and AI platforms
• Lead the ongoing administration, optimization, and support of BELAY’s internal AI and automation tools and systems
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify workflow inefficiencies and develop scalable automation and AI-driven solutions
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and business impact of automation and AI initiatives

AI Automation Engineer – Enablement Lead

• Design, build, implement, and maintain scalable AI-powered automations, integrations, and workflow solutions that support operational efficiency across the organization.
• Develop and support automation solutions using technologies such as Python, SQL, APIs, orchestration tools, and AI platforms.
• Evaluate and recommend AI and automation tools, platforms, and integrations based on scalability, maintainability, business value, security, and operational impact.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify workflow inefficiencies and develop scalable automation and AI-driven solutions.
• Develop and maintain a roadmap for AI and automation initiatives aligned with organizational priorities and operational goals.

• Resolve designer's tool / methodology issues on the path to TapeOut
• Provide support for design ramp up through training / documentation
• Interact with EDA providers and ensure required tools features are available for the projects with high quality
• Closely partner with PDK/library experts, flow development teams, as well as with product design teams
• Collaborate with EC to provision adequate compute capacity and help debug any associated issues
• Create automation (scripts, checkers, etc.) for installation of design environment (PDKs, EDA tools, licenses, etc.) to simplify and accelerate design processes
• Support the integration of new tools and methods into existing design workflows, ensuring seamless adoption and scalability
