QA Automation Engineer

• Discovery & Prioritization: Partner with Finance, Sales, Ops & Product to identify high-ROI automation opportunities & evaluate them based on business impact versus technical effort.
• Workflow Engineering: Design, prototype, and deploy end-to-end AI workflows by building our orchestration stack (e.g., n8n, Vector Databases) and connecting various endpoints via APIs to build a universal memory for Cosuno.
• Scaling & Modularity: Build solutions that are modular and reusable across different departments to avoid "reinventing the wheel" for every new request.
• Enablement & Governance: Establish AI guardrails, while enabling AI champions in other departments to work with the automations themselves.
• Monitoring & Optimization: Define and track success metrics (ROI, time saved, reliability) to ensure automations deliver continuous value.

AI Automation Engineer

• You will take a key role in our team, combining technical operations and support for existing solutions with the ongoing development of our digital infrastructure using modern SaaS tools and automations.
• You will work closely with the Service, Sales & Marketing teams and your tasks will be diverse — from shaping and technically implementing our tools and processes to operational IT administration and team support: Infrastructure & Automation.
• Evolve our IT landscape: implement strategic goals in the areas of security, compliance and scalability.
• Automate processes (e.g., using Make/n8n/Zapier) — especially in the area of EPR compliance (Extended Producer Responsibility).
• API integration & synchronization: connect our tools with external systems (webhooks, pipelines).
• Software development & innovation: develop extensions (PHP/JavaScript) for WordPress and internal/external tools — from small plugins to complex features.
• Testing & quality assurance: unit, integration and system tests (manual/automated) as well as data-injection tests.
• Design of new digital services: contribute to the roadmap for our compliance platforms and interfaces.
• Maintenance of live systems: updates, backups, monitoring and adherence to security policies, as well as ensuring data consistency.
• Create documentation (e.g., in Notion) and, where applicable, provide team training.
• Technical support & administration: second-level support for the internal team and customer platforms — analyze incidents, investigate root causes and implement solutions.
• Administration of our WordPress environment (plugins, updates, security) and internal tools (ERP, databases).
• Data management: corrections, analyses and reporting (MySQL, data pipelines) as well as optimization of data flows.

IT Operations & Automation Engineer – GreenTech, Recycling

• Responsible for the technical design of deployment, setup, and automation logic
• Develop the internal platform for customer onboarding and lifecycle management
• Design and own the architecture of Power BI workspace and deployment structures
• Automate deployment and release processes using Power Automate and the Power BI REST API
• Implement logging, status-tracking, and monitoring mechanisms based on SQL
• Analyze dependencies between reports, datasets, and dataflows to enable idempotent deployments
• Work closely with Product, Customer Success, and Implementation teams to translate requirements into technical architectures

Senior BI Platform Engineer – Power BI, Power Automate, Microsoft Fabric

• Identify automation opportunities
• Partner with Operations, Support, and Technology to understand where manual effort and repetition create friction.
• Focus on workflows that are high-volume, repeatable, and business-critical.
• Help prioritize opportunities based on impact, risk, and feasibility.
• Design and build automations
• Build production-grade workflows using APIs, webhooks, and event-based systems.
• Apply AI or LLMs for tasks such as classification, routing, summarization, or decision support, where they clearly add value.
• Integrate with existing systems rather than replacing them.
• Own reliability and iteration
• Ensure automations are observable, testable, and maintainable.
• Monitor behavior in production and improve solutions over time.
• Reduce fragile one-off scripts in favor of reusable patterns.

Applied AI & Automation Engineer

• You design, create, and optimize AI agents using modern LLMs and associated tooling (prompting, retrieval, evaluation/guardrails, RAG)
• You partner with business teams to analyze, redesign, and automate new and existing processes from discovery through rollout
• You collaborate with our Center of Excellence for Automation to propose, prioritize, and lead initiatives that advance our automation and AI platforms
• You work cross-functionally with technical experts, product managers, and business stakeholders to share best practices, document patterns, and enable self-service automation across the company
