QA Automation Engineer

• Translate solution designs and customer requirements into end-to-end workflows using gaiia’s workflow builder.
• Implement orchestration logic (conditions, retries, fallbacks, compensations, parallelism) to handle real-world edge cases and partial failures.
• Build reusable workflow patterns and templates so implementations scale across customers and vendors.
• Write TypeScript code steps (data transforms, validations, custom logic) and keep workflows clean and testable.
• Own workflow outcomes end-to-end: from discovery handoff → implementation → rollout → support.
• Troubleshoot production workflow runs using logs/metrics and improve workflows based on real incidents and customer feedback.
• Coach customers on workflow best practices for self-serve, capability boundaries, and expectation management.
• Influence the Workflow Builder’s roadmap by sharing recurring needs (new integrations, SDK improvements, UI features, etc.).

Workflow Automation Engineer

• Build, optimize, and manage GoHighLevel automations, funnels, workflows, and CRM systems
• Develop onboarding systems and backend operational processes from scratch
• Manage CRM organization, tagging, pipelines, lead tracking, and automation sequences
• Support executive operations and administrative tasks as needed

• To be able to perform functional and automated testing for complex applications.
• Create test strategy and test plan for the releases.
• Create quality test scenarios, test case, automation test scripts, and test closure reports.
• Participate actively into all applicable agile ceremonies and ensure robust defect management.

Automation Engineer

• Design, implement, and maintain automated scripts using Playwright and C#
• Create detailed test plans and test cases in accordance with the business requirements
• Convert manual test cases into automated test scripts following page object model and data-driven approach
• Execute, monitor, debug and fix failing E2E tests
• Help to prioritize work based on the business needs for each sprint
• Perform code review and provide feedback to improve code quality

• Design and deploy robust integrations using a 'right tool for the job' approach—leveraging low-code platforms (e.g., Make.com, Zapier) for standard workflows and custom Python scripting for complex logic, data transformation, or non-standard API endpoints
• Develop and consume RESTful or GraphQL APIs to bridge gaps between SaaS platforms and the knowledge graph
• Build responsive, event-driven data flows that support real-time synchronization, minimizing latency and eliminating manual data entry across departmental silos

Semantic Automation Engineer

• Review manual test cases for Salesforce customizations (including Lightning Web Components, Apex triggers, Flows, and declarative changes) and provide feedback on suitability for automation to the project team.
• Support, maintain, and enhance all test case automation-related activities during iterative development, system testing, and regression testing across multiple Salesforce releases.
• Review user stories and functional requirements to ensure thorough test coverage across standard and custom Salesforce objects.
• Assist with manual testing; execute manual test cases and scripts for features under development using test management/tracking tools.
• Create and maintain test plans, cases, and scenarios/scripts in compliance with defined QA standards and methodologies, including robust test data management strategies.
• Establish, configure, and maintain Salesforce testing environments (Sandboxes and Scratch Orgs) for executing test cases and scenarios.
• Participate in the development, deployment, and administration of QA processes, tools, and supporting CI/CD technologies within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Design, create, and execute automation scripts using Playwright or other tools, specifically tailored to navigate Salesforce Lightning interfaces, dynamic IDs, and Shadow DOM components.

Salesforce QA Automation Developer

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for UI, API, and integration tests.
• Contribute to test plans, test cases, and test data for new features and regression coverage.
• Execute automated and manual tests, analyze results, and report defects with clear reproduction steps and impact.
• Work with developers to triage issues, verify fixes, and improve testability of features.
