Public Relations

• Play an active role in shaping YouTrip’s brand reputation and driving positive media coverage, particularly overseeing the Singapore, Thailand and Australia initiatives.
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives that align with YouTrip's business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and ecosystem partners in the fintech and travel sectors.
• Craft compelling press releases, social media posts, and other PR materials to communicate YouTrip's mission effectively.
• Develop and execute media pitching strategies to secure high-impact media coverage for YouTrip's feature launches, partnerships, and corporate initiatives.
• Identify meaningful and impactful narratives for speaking engagements such as panel discussions, thought leadership conferences and closed-door industry activities.
• Support the team with planning and organising press engagements, events, and conferences.

PR and Communications Executive

• Support the end-to-end management of external partner relationships — including outreach, onboarding, ongoing engagement, and performance tracking
• Support the coordination and execution of partner events, media engagements, and networking activities within APAC
• Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for external partners, ensuring professional and timely communication at all times
• Assist in crisis communications and stakeholder management during sensitive situations, maintaining composure and discretion
• Track and report on partner activity, audience sentiment, and campaign performance — delivering clear, concise updates to internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and regional teams to align partnership strategies with broader PR and communications objectives
• Represent the company professionally at events and public-facing engagements
