Proposal Manager

• Ensure seamless coordination between the Regional Proposal Team and the GEBS Engineering Delivery Team
• Develop accurate, aligned, and executable engineering proposals
• Lead Sub‑Regional/GEBS Scope Agreement process for every assigned proposal
• Provide formal sign‑off on scope and estimations
• Ensure complete scope clarity between Region and GEBS teams
• Review and validate GEBS Engineering Delivery Team’s estimation
• Prevent duplicate scoping or estimation
• Act as a technical auditor for high value proposals
• Provide timely and accurate forecasting of upcoming proposals
• Maintain a rolling forecast
• Act as the primary bridge between Proposal, GEBS‑Proposal, and GEBS‑Engineering teams
• Ensure adherence to global proposal standards, workflows, and governance models, and propose corrective actions.

Proposal Lead

• Respond to RFI/RFPs and other deliverables to support the sales process
• Maintain RFP response database and ensure it is populated with latest high-quality responses
• Liaise with members of the Sales, Sales Engineering, Legal, Marketing, and Product Development teams
• Provide administrative support to sales team leveraging primarily the Salesforce.com platform
