Project Manager

• Project manage Automation Business Area flagship positioning programs and campaigns from planning through launch to post-launch optimization
• Build and maintain integrated project plans, including timelines, dependencies, budgets and approval pathways
• Lead regular check-ins, capture decisions, and keep teams on track
• Coordinate external partners and vendors, including briefs, delivery milestones, review cycles, and budget/invoicing support in collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Maintain clear and structured documentation across all programs, including briefs, scripts, distribution plans, and performance summaries
• Ensure alignment and visibility of key activities across the Business Area and Divisions
• Establish clear reporting for each program and drive a data-driven approach to campaign measurement and optimization

External Communications Project Manager

• Develop and own the end-to-end sales and customer management process blueprint
• Define and implement standards and templates for governance and process development
• Lead development of RACI models and cross-functional governance structures
• Act as a coordination point across Sales, CRM, and Commercial Strategy stakeholders
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities across processes
