Project Manager

• Determine and document projects’ goals, scope, quality, tasks, and deadlines;
• Create and maintain detailed project descriptions/plans outlining schedules, resources, deliverables, and milestones;
• Document and handle any changes in project scope, schedule, or resources effectively;
• Track project progress against milestones and timelines to ensure timely completion;
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation (for operational efficiency, future reference and compliance);
• Prepare and present regular/weekly status reports to stakeholders and senior management;
• Conduct project reviews, ensure deliverables approval, challenge performance, and document lessons learned;
• Ensure compliance of project activities with the organization’s rules, standards, and governance;
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies;
• Implement, support and monitor quality control Key Performance Indicators (KPIs);
• Manage demand by capturing business needs and prioritizing them for effective translation into potential ICT projects;
• Oversee and ensure the effective execution of evolutionary maintenance activities for ICT applications;
• Manage critical path, dependencies, and day-to-day project execution to deliver on time, in scope and within budget;
• Support the strengthening of project management capabilities and maturity through training and effective change management,

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams on scope definition, project planning, resource forecasting, budgeting, and timeline management.
• Aligning with multiple internal stakeholders and business leads on delivery timelines, quarterly plans, and prioritisation across concurrent initiatives.
• Act as a single point of truth across all payments and risk-related projects, ensuring clear communication and consistent updates across teams.
• Managing epics, labels, and delivery tracking to ensure visibility and alignment across engineering and product teams.
• Coordinating testing milestones and ensuring alignment across teams prior to releases.
• Facilitating communication and collaboration between internal teams, clients, and third-party providers.
• Aligning with clients on setup, configuration, MVP scoping, and onboarding requirements, including credential requests.
• Coordinating with 3rd party providers and external clients on integrations, configuration, credential management, and certification processes.
• Working closely with Account Managers on new client requests, ensuring clear delivery timelines and execution plans.
• Leading and supporting key rollout initiatives.
• Identifying and managing risks and dependencies across projects to ensure successful delivery.
• Planning governance, quality assurance processes, and supporting tools.
• Creating and maintaining clear, structured project documentation.

Project Manager – Payments, Risk

• Assist with the coordination and execution of projects across multiple brands and business functions
• Work closely with project managers, product teams, developers, designers, QA specialists, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress
• Keep project-related documentation updated, including timelines, meeting notes, status reports, and risk logs
• Organise and participate in project meetings such as stand-ups, sprint reviews, and stakeholder updates
• Monitor project schedules and identify potential delays, risks, or blockers, escalating where necessary
• Support scope management processes and ensure any project changes are properly documented
• Provide regular progress updates to internal stakeholders and team members
• Assist with implementing new project processes, tools, and templates within the PMO structure
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and retrospective discussions
• Coordinate with external vendors or third parties when required for integrations or platform-related updates

Junior Project Manager

• - Lead end-to-end project management across assigned initiatives, from planning through to execution and delivery
• - Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and success criteria in alignment with stakeholders
• - Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, Customer Support, Tech, etc.) to ensure smooth project execution, across multiple time zones.
• - Drive accountability across teams, ensuring tasks are clearly defined and delivered on time
• - Proactively identify risks, blockers, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies
• - Establish and maintain clear project documentation, processes, and reporting structures
• - Track and communicate project progress, providing regular updates to key stakeholders
• - Ensure high standards of quality, organisation, and efficiency across all deliverables
• - Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions
• - Facilitate effective communication and alignment across departments
• - Contribute to building and refining project management best practices within YSI
