Program Manager

• Coordinate internal communications, including cockpit reminders and recurring emails to leadership.
• Manage and update the weekly progress tracker and support the drafting of Quarterly Marketing Review (QMR) documents.
• Oversee the localisation of marketing assets for channels including emails, Home Promotion Pages (HPPs), and App Store Optimization (ASO) and landing pages.
• Validate that auto-submitted prompts trigger correct, high-quality model responses in local languages while monitoring for hallucinations.
• Manage the delivery of localised assets, including coordination with agency vendors and quality assurance (QA) for product copy.
• Drive the activation approval process across legal and marketing stakeholders to ensure brand and legal compliance.

Marketing Program Manager – EMEA

• Define and own the program roadmap, scope boundaries, milestones, and success criteria across all stages of the migration.
• Act as the single accountable owner for delivery outcomes, ensuring time, quality, and value realization goals are met.
• Govern collaboration between Managed Service Providers, Web Platform Teams, and various Business Areas to ensure alignment.
• Ensure all platform foundations are future-proof, following AEMaaCS best practices, EDS alignment, DevOps, and cloud security standards.
• Oversee budget, resourcing, risk, and dependency management while driving standardization for large-scale migrations.
• Own executive reporting and steering committee communication to ensure transparency and strategic alignment.
