Program Manager

• Lead projects from development phase through to serial production
• Create and manage project plans (timing, budget, technical scope)
• Oversee execution of financial and technical targets
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate with all stakeholders
• Act as the main point of contact for customers
• Prepare and deliver presentations to customers
• Lead project teams and regularly report project status to management
• Manage programs in line with Lear LPMP standards (APQP analogy)
