Production Artist

• Review mock-ups and production artwork to ensure they accurately reflect client requests and are ready for production
• Verify artwork against order details, customer instructions, and production requirements
• Identify and resolve production issues before orders reach the printer
• Apply artwork revisions and prepare production-ready files when necessary
• Review artwork for production feasibility, consistency, placement, sizing, spelling, and other quality standards
• Communicate with Campus Managers and internal teams regarding revisions, concerns, recommendations, or clarification questions
• Use Adobe Illustrator to review, edit, and prepare production artwork
• Utilize AI-assisted workflows and internal tools to improve accuracy and workflow efficiency where applicable
• Complete a set number of tickets per day while balancing speed, quality, and accuracy
• Communicate directly with the sales team via email
