Product Specialist

• Proactively analyze and assess clients' insurance needs, offering impartial professional advice, particularly in complex cases such as VHIS switching and multi-policy holders.
• Effectively handle referral leads received from various marketing channels and the customer service team, ensuring timely and professional follow-up through diverse communication channels such as phone calls, WhatsApp, and in-person or virtual meetings.
• Participate in offline marketing events periodically to foster relationships with current customers.
• Continuously gather feedback from customers and provide valuable insights to the customer proposition team to enhance product-market alignment.
• Provide support for ad-hoc business projects as required.
