Product Marketing

• The Marketing Manager plays a key role in the Product Marketing Strategy team and is responsible for leading the marketing strategy, positioning, and performance of assigned events within the AAFP portfolio.
• This role defines how events are brought to market—shaping audience strategy, messaging, and campaign direction to drive attendance, engagement, and revenue outcomes.
• This position partners closely with internal channel experts across email, paid media, social, web, analytics, and creative to deliver integrated marketing campaigns that align with event goals and organizational priorities.
• This position will report to the Manager, Product Marketing Strategy.
• Define and lead event marketing strategy for assigned events, including audience segmentation, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market planning.
• Translate event objectives into integrated marketing plans that drive registration, engagement, and revenue outcomes across the registration lifecycle.
• Guide campaign direction across channels, including messaging, targeting, conversion strategy, and coordination with email, paid media, social, web, creative, analytics, and other channel partners.
• Monitor performance metrics, including registration pacing and campaign effectiveness, and use data to adjust strategy, optimize performance, and improve audience engagement.
• Partner with internal stakeholders, including Education, Sales, Event Operations, and other cross-functional teams, to ensure alignment between marketing strategy, content, sales priorities, and the attendee experience.
• Manage timelines, priorities, workflows, stakeholder updates, and campaign communications to ensure marketing efforts are delivered effectively and on schedule.

Product Marketing Manager

• Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches, platform enhancements, AI capabilities, and strategic initiatives
• Develop differentiated positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions across government and enterprise audiences
• Partner with Product Management to influence roadmap prioritization through market insights and customer feedback
• Lead packaging, competitive differentiation, pricing support, and market segmentation strategies
• Messaging & Content Leadership: Own corporate and portfolio messaging architecture across eDiscovery, FOIA, data governance, compliance, and AI
• Develop executive-level narratives around AI governance, secure innovation, digital transformation, and unified legal workflows
• Create high-impact sales enablement materials including pitch decks, battlecards, whitepapers, case studies, analyst briefings, webinars, and executive presentations
• Ensure consistent messaging across campaigns, events, PR, analyst relations, and demand generation
• Sales Enablement & Revenue Partnership: Partner closely with Sales leadership to improve pipeline generation, win rates, and competitive positioning
• Build and maintain sales enablement programs that equip teams to articulate Casepoint’s value effectively
• Support strategic deals, executive presentations, customer workshops, and RFP/RFI responses
• Market & Analyst Intelligence: Lead competitive intelligence and market analysis initiatives across LegalTech, GovTech, and AI markets
• Build and manage relationships with industry analysts, influencers, and strategic partners
• Monitor industry trends, customer needs, procurement shifts, and emerging AI governance requirements
• Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead global intelligence team of product marketing managers and market intelligence analysts
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales (including Sales Engineering and Proposals), Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership
• Mentor and scale product marketing capabilities as the organization grows
• Help shape corporate thought leadership and executive visibility in the market

Senior Director – Product Marketing

• Marketing stakeholder for commercialization strategy and alignment on all planned releases, including opportunities, roadblocks, timelines, roles/responsibilities, outcomes, and reporting.
• Research, develop, and validate compelling and differentiated product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
• Translate technical features into clear and impactful benefits for customers, creating marketing messaging themes for regular release showcases and large industry events.
• Conduct qualitative, quantitative, and competitive research and leverage the analysis to inform product messaging and positioning to drive growth.
• Lead product launches from planning through execution, ensuring successful product releases and driving measurable results.

Director, Product Marketing – SaaS, B2B, Healthcare IT

• Support the development and execution of product marketing strategy, positioning, and messaging for assigned products and services, leveraging AI and analytics to inform decisions.
• Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer‑facing teams to align messaging with customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
• Contribute to the creation of value propositions, messaging frameworks, and competitive differentiation, using AI‑assisted research and synthesis where appropriate.
• Assist with the development of customer‑facing content—including website copy, landing pages, in‑app messaging, and product communications—using AI tools to increase efficiency, consistency, and quality.
• Support Sales and Customer‑facing teams by creating enablement materials, training content, and buyer insights, incorporating AI‑driven analysis of customer behavior and feedback.
• Participate in planning and execution of marketing initiatives such as campaigns, webinars, product updates, and launches, experimenting with AI to optimize reach and engagement.
• Analyze market data, customer feedback, and product performance using both traditional methods and AI‑enabled insights to surface recommendations.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to support coordinated, scalable, and data‑informed product launches.

• Provide insights and recommendations that optimize experiences by collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization, including serving as a direct analytical partner to PMMs on the team
• Develop and maintain data and reporting solutions including reports, dashboards, and self-service tools to support enterprise objectives
• Apply analytical and modeling techniques to enhance decision-making and prioritize resources across various business options
• Create and deliver executive-level presentations that clearly communicate complex analytical findings to influence leadership decisions
• Ensure alignment of Network Product Marketing measurement, and integration, with enterprise reporting, including Finance

Senior Business Analysis Manager, Network Product Marketing

• Assist in planning and executing go-to-market strategies for new product launches, strategic partnership rollouts, and client-specific program launches.
• Coordinate launch timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
• Manage the creation of launch assets (e.g., sales enablement materials, one-pagers, presentations, landing pages) by developing clear, actionable briefs for the Content squad and coordinating reviews with internal subject matter experts.
• Support go-to-market and marketing initiatives with strategic partners, including client and channel partners.
• Conduct research to understand market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
