• Monitor and optimize AI-powered channels by reviewing conversations, testing prompts, identifying friction points, and generating recommendations to improve performance and conversion.
• Conduct merchant outreach, including sales calls and customer interviews, to drive offer conversion, understand customer behavior, gather market insights, and identify growth opportunities.
• Support the execution and performance tracking of marketing campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, In-App, and AI-driven channels, ensuring high-quality delivery and operational excellence.
• Assist in creating marketing assets, presentations, business reviews, and partner-facing materials while helping maintain documentation, processes, and process tracking.

Product Marketing Intern, LatAm

• Own, plan, and execute go-to-market motions for part of the Singular product portfolio; coordinating across product, sales, customer success, solution consulting, support, and marketing.
• Own, develop, and launch positioning and messaging for assigned products.
• Own sales enablement materials for your part of the Singular portfolio: hotsheets, pitch decks, one-pagers, demo narratives, objection handling, competitive analysis, and FAQs.
• Own competitive analysis and battlecards for assigned products, keeping them current as competitors launch, reprice, and reposition, and keeping every claim accurate and defensible.
• Produce case studies, customer stories, newsletters, and sales narratives that tie Singular's capabilities to business outcomes.
