Product Manager

• Work closely with leadership, operations, compliance, partnerships, and engineering teams to shape and launch new capabilities.
• Translate business needs, operational workflows, and strategic goals into clear product requirements and execution plans.
• Partner with engineers on product design, technical tradeoffs, implementation sequencing, and delivery.

Product Manager – Strategic Initiatives

• Own the full product lifecycle for the emissions management product line — from market discovery and concept through to launch, iteration and long-term growth.
• Define and communicate a compelling product vision that is grounded in customer needs, regulatory trends (CII, EU ETS, FuelEU Maritime, IMO 2030/2050) and competitive dynamics.
• Establish and maintain the product roadmap, making clear prioritisation decisions that balance customer value, commercial opportunity and technical feasibility.
• Act as the internal authority on emissions management — the go-to expert who shapes how the business thinks about and monetizes this space.
• Serve as the senior stakeholder voice on all matters relating to emissions management solutions, with final say on solution set design and direction
• Lead alignment across commercial, product and operations — cutting through complexity to keep cross-functional teams moving in the same direction
• Build trusted relationships with key customers, acting as a strategic advisor who understands their business and helps them achieve measurable outcomes
• Represent the product externally at industry forums, customer briefings and partner discussions
• Partner closely with commercial leadership to develop go-to-market strategies, pricing frameworks and value propositions for the emissions management portfolio
• Identify and pursue revenue expansion opportunities across the group — including upsell, cross-sell and new market entry
• Contribute to business cases, pipeline development and contract strategy where the product intersects with commercial engagements
• Lead the design of customer-facing solutions that translate complex emissions data, analytics and compliance workflows into intuitive, high-value products
• Ensure solutions are built with longevity in mind — avoiding one-off customisations in favour of reusable, platform-ready components
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from discovery through to execution, coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver on time and on brief
• Define success metrics, track progress against them and communicate clearly to senior leadership on risk, progress and outcomes
• Champion agile, iterative delivery practices while maintaining a clear view of the longer-term roadmap

Senior Product Manager

• Own the end‑to‑end onboarding experience from a product perspective, balancing conversion, customer trust, and regulatory obligations across varying market and operating contexts.
• Work closely with Engineering, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Customer Support to drive discovery, prioritisation, and delivery of scalable onboarding solutions that support consistent rollout across multiple regulatory environments.
• Act as the subject-matter expert for onboarding performance and decision quality, using data, experimentation, and frontline insights to continuously optimise customer and operational outcomes.
• Develop and execute streamlined onboarding and account management that drives higher conversion in line with strategic objectives.
• Identify opportunities, ideate solutions, and lead discovery → design → delivery for new features and enhancements across onboarding and post onboarding account settings.
• Prioritise product work using a balanced view of customer feedback, funnel analytics, commercial goals, risk and compliance requirements, and industry best practice.
• Partner closely with Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Customer Support to design onboarding and manual review workflows that meet regulatory obligations and improve decision quality.
• Collaborate with UX, Research, and Analytics to validate hypotheses through qualitative and quantitative research, usability testing, and experimentation.
• Work closely with Engineering to translate complex problems into clear requirements, ship iteratively, and maintain high standards of quality, performance, and reliability.
• Engage directly with customers and frontline teams to understand real‑world needs, pain points, and operational constraints, incorporating insights into product decisions.
• Ensure onboarding and account management capabilities are designed to adapt efficiently to evolving regulatory requirements, market conditions, and operating models.
• Monitor industry and regulatory developments relevant to digital assets and trading, partnering with Legal and Compliance to inform product direction and roadmap decisions.
• Support post‑launch monitoring and performance analysis to ensure features deliver intended outcomes and meet compliance, customer, and operational expectations.
• Communicate progress, insights, and trade‑offs clearly to stakeholders through structured updates, metrics, and documentation.
• Participate in QA testing and post-launch monitoring to ensure product quality.

Product Manager – Onboarding

• Create and maintain the team’s roadmap, milestones, and dependencies with strategic priorities in mind
• Define features, write product specifications, facilitate user studies, iterate on feedback, help write test plans with QA, manage the backlog, and ultimately ship products/features in a timely manner
• Interview and interact with customers to build empathy, ensuring that their needs are met
• Prioritize initiatives and projects appropriately and weigh tradeoffs that must be made

Product Manager – Search, Trading Insights

• Drive the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities into the Razer Gold Digital Wallet ecosystem.
• Shape intelligent wallet experiences, optimizing payment operations, and enabling data-driven decision-making across global markets.
• Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for AI-enabled capabilities within the Razer Gold Digital Wallet platform.
• Identify high-impact opportunities to apply AI to improve wallet performance, risk management, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
• Translate business problems into clear AI use cases, including automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent decision-making.
• Lead the design and delivery of AI-powered wallet features such as fraud and risk detection, transaction monitoring, and anomaly detection.
• Define success metrics and monitor performance of AI-driven features, including model accuracy and effectiveness.

Product Owner – AI Digital Wallet

• Manage the trading systems on the backend portal that configures and controls trading logic.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear technical product specifications for engineering implementation.
• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver system improvements with high accuracy, stability, and scalability.
• Manage key trading logic configurations, examples like contract parameters, leverage/margin rules, liquidation, funding- rates, and risk limits.
• Partner with Trading Risk, Product Operations, and Business stakeholders to ensure system updates/enhancements are safe, compliant, and well-governed.
• Monitor system performance and incidents, support troubleshooting, and drive continuous optimization of internal workflows and controls.
