Product Manager

• Define the customer platform vision and roadmap.
• Own onboarding as a product and define what "activated" looks like at both layers.
• Ruthlessly prioritise automation and in-platform guidance to reduce cost to serve as the customer base grows.
• Lead discovery and delivery of insights that help customers evaluate performance, spot churn risk, and make evidence-based decisions.
• Handle positioning, messaging, and commercial enablement.

Product Lead – Experience

• Partner with Engineering, UX, Data, Research, Support and market teams to define problems and build prioritized roadmaps
• Lead the team in navigating fleet-wide trade-offs in key areas
• Champion the creation of high-value documentation for backend logic and firmware to ensure clarity across technical and non-technical stakeholders
