Product Manager

• Own the end-to-end delivery of engagement tools and mini games, from concept through launch, including mechanic design, reward logic, CMS configuration, acceptance criteria, and edge case management
• Partner with Commercial and CRM teams to design promotional mechanics, reward structures, progression hooks, and purchase-triggered experiences that drive player engagement and revenue
• Translate commercial ideas into detailed product specifications that enable Engineering to deliver with confidence
• Prioritise features based on their impact on player conversion, retention, engagement, and monetisation
• Define success metrics before launch, analyse feature performance, and use experimentation and A/B testing to continuously optimise engagement mechanics
• Ensure Engineering and CRM teams remain aligned on delivery timelines, campaign requirements, and technical constraints
• Champion AI-enhanced ways of working, using AI tools to accelerate research, specification writing, analysis, and product delivery

Product Owner

• Define and own the long-term product vision for our Sportsbook platform across markets and our one internal sportsbook platform strategy
• Translate customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence into a compelling product strategy
• Ensure the product supports commercial performance targets (engagement, retention, revenue)
• Build and prioritise a clear product roadmap balancing short-term delivery and long-term transformation
• Oversee product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring best-in-class execution
• Secure cross-functional alignment and facilitate decision-making across stakeholders
• Produce high-quality product requirements, documentation, and specifications for Engineering
• Monitor release performance and drive continuous optimisation based on data, KPIs, and feedback
• Collaborate with Trading teams on pricing capabilities and operational workflows
• Ensure full compliance with all regulatory obligations across jurisdictions
• Own Sportsbook product KPIs (NGR, ARPU, retention, engagement, margins, latency)
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers, Product Owners, UX, and analysts.
