• Design DRI. 리더십과 함께 제품 디자인 컨셉, 경험 원칙, 퀄리티 기준에 대해 합의를 이끌어내고 실제하는 표본을 만들어냅니다. 회사 전체에 영향을 주는 인터랙션·AI trust 패턴·디자인 시스템 표준의 최종을 책임집니다.
• 고객 기반 접근. 고객 인터뷰에 직접 참여하고, 사용 로그와 지표를 직접 열어봅니다. 추측이 아니라 고객 기반 사실 위에서 결정합니다.

Staff Product Designer

• Design beautiful and intuitive interfaces for iOS and Android applications.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes and production-ready UI.
• Design mobile experiences across insurance, payments, claims, investments and financial services.
• Build and maintain mobile design systems and reusable components.
• Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
• Optimize interfaces for usability, accessibility and platform guidelines.
• Iterate designs using analytics, usability findings and product feedback.
• Ensure consistency across different devices, screen sizes and operating systems.

Mobile UI Designer

• Design polished, user-centric interfaces for mobile and web products.
• Transform product requirements into wireframes, user flows, prototypes and high-fidelity UI.
• Build intuitive experiences across insurance, payments, claims, investments and other financial services.
• Maintain and evolve BJAK's design system to ensure consistency across products.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect implementation.
• Iterate designs using user feedback, analytics and usability testing.
• Ensure accessibility, responsiveness and visual consistency across different devices and platforms.
• Contribute to improving overall product usability, interaction patterns and visual language.

UI Designer – AI Neobank App

• Connect IVI OS 사용자 경험 전략 수립 및 핵심 서비스 경험 설계
• 제품 목표와 사용자 가치를 연결하는 디자인 방향성 제안 및 의사결정 주도
• Product Manager, Engineer, Researcher 등 다양한 직군과 협업하여 사용자 경험 정의 및 구현
• 제품 로드맵, 우선순위, 구현 범위 논의에 디자인 관점 반영
• Design System 및 UX 가이드라인 고도화를 통한 제품 경험 일관성 확보
• 담당 도메인 디자인 리더십, 디자인 리뷰 및 주니어 디자이너 멘토링
• Define the user experience strategy and design core service experiences for Connect IVI OS
• Lead design direction by connecting product goals with user value
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and other cross-functional partners to define and deliver user experiences
• Represent the design perspective in discussions around product roadmap, priorities, and implementation scope
• Improve design systems and UX guidelines to ensure consistency across the product experience
• Provide design leadership within assigned domains, including design reviews and mentoring junior designers

Senior Product Designer, Connect

• Designs Training Courses for customers and ONTO service engineers
• Conducts technical training courses for customers and/or ONTO service engineers
• Interacts with customer and functional organizations to develop specifications for content of courses
• Prepares lesson plans from engineering documentation, field service requirements or software documentation
• Works with engineering, technical support, and manufacturing to ensure that course material reflects current product features
• Instructs participants in both classroom lectures and laboratory sessions
• Follows up to determine course material is current and relevant
• Maintains training tool operational readiness and resolves any issues that may arise with the equipment during or outside of class
• Must be willing to travel to field to provide OJT training, customer training and service engineer certification worldwide. Travel is based on demand and can be approximately 30-50%.
