Product Designer

• Performing outbound calls to promote or update consumers on promotions, marketing activities that include club membership
• Answering incoming calls and enquiries for any requests, including general information requests on campaign facilities and quote requests
• Handling general enquiries, feedback, and providing resolutions to consumers over the phone, social media, or emails
• Performing selling process and after-sale service with customers throughout the different media channels
• Capturing and updating the right information provided and obtained from consumers onto the system always
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX

Travel Experience Designer

• Design beautiful and intuitive interfaces for iOS and Android applications.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes and production-ready UI.
• Design mobile experiences across insurance, payments, claims, investments and financial services.
• Build and maintain mobile design systems and reusable components.
• Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
• Optimize interfaces for usability, accessibility and platform guidelines.
• Iterate designs using analytics, usability findings and product feedback.
• Ensure consistency across different devices, screen sizes and operating systems.

• Transform product requirements into wireframes, user flows, prototypes and high-fidelity UI.
• Build intuitive experiences across insurance, payments, claims, investments and other financial services.
• Maintain and evolve BJAK's design system to ensure consistency across products.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect implementation.
• Iterate designs using user feedback, analytics and usability testing.
• Ensure accessibility, responsiveness and visual consistency across different devices and platforms.
• Contribute to improving overall product usability, interaction patterns and visual language.
