Product Designer

• Develop and refine wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity visual designs in accordance with product/user requirements for existing and new experiences
• Partner with product to conduct and analyze user research, usability testing, and data to inform design decisions alongside product management counterparts.
• Partner with product management and contribute to roadmap initiatives from discovery to delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Contribute to the development and execution of the vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Collaborate with your design colleagues to advance existing design patterns and practices for desktop and mobile versions of our products.
• Execute user-centered design principles and represent the voice of the user throughout the development of mockups, prototypes, and delivered features.
• Work with other design team members to create and maintain visual and experiential consistency across products and features. Contributing to the existing and future design system(s).
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design practices and outputs into day-to-day development processes.
• Communicate design rationale and present solutions to various audiences, including internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and design sprints to drive alignment, innovation, all while ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high quality standard.
• Within your first 3 months you will have fully embedded into a product team and you are contributing design requirements into existing projects. You are building low and high fidelity prototypes, helping execute user research and testing, and helping to ensure the product vision is delivered. Most importantly, you have a deep understanding of our customers and you are proficient at translating their problems into well-defined solutions.

Learning Experience Designer

• Own the end‑to‑end conversational experience for an AI‑powered financial chatbot, from concept through production
• Design and evolve agent‑based, stateful conversational experiences beyond traditional chat interfaces
• Define conversation states, memory strategies, re‑entry moments, and UX patterns for financial guidance
• Partner closely with platform AI teams to shape inputs, context, and outputs into trusted, human‑centered experiences
• Lead front‑end experience design, conversational UX, and rapid prototyping efforts
• Translate financial policies, guardrails, and compliance constraints into clear, intuitive user experiences
• Collaborate with product, engineering, design, and risk partners to ensure alignment across teams
• Continuously iterate on experiences using user feedback, behavioral insights, and quality signals

Conversational UX Lead

• Lead the design and project management process for Nontraditional (NTR) restaurant environments
• Develop conceptual layouts, test fits, design studies, and renderings that translate program and operational needs into clear design intent
• Manage project team by providing direction, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring alignment with design principles
• Serve as the primary design liaison between Architecture, Kitchen Design, Equipment, Development & Construction teams for Non-Traditional projects
• Evaluate existing conditions, field complexities, and site limitations to provide creative, technically sound design solutions
• Review drawings, prototypes, and program updates to identify impacts and communicate changes
• Participate in project kickoff, milestone reviews, and design‑to‑construction handoffs
• Support the development and evolution of Non-Traditional standards, guidelines, and best practices
• Partner with Operations partners to ensure restaurant layouts support throughput, safety, and workflow
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to evaluate new equipment, fixtures, materials, and operational concepts

• Design high-impact, consistent, and intuitive user experiences across platforms, considering market trends, customer feedback, and quantitative data.

• Embed within Core Shopping workstreams including browse, search, item detail, cart, and checkout to elevate visual and interaction quality, stewarding patterns that improve clarity, trust, and speed for customers at every step of their journey.
• Act as a bridge between product teams and the design language system, ensuring new components and patterns are thoughtfully explored, validated, and integrated back into the system without fragmentation.
• Partner with product designers to explore and develop new interaction patterns, modules, and components before scaling them across the system, from real-time availability states to substitution logic to transactional confidence signals.
• Evolve the design language through product work, shaping components, patterns, and interaction models that scale across surfaces and teams.
• Define and refine UI components, layouts, and patterns with a high level of craft, ensuring clarity, hierarchy, and consistency across complex, high-density catalog environments.
• Set a high bar for visual quality and interaction design, influencing how interfaces look, feel, and behave across the product, with special attention to how customers perceive trust and ease in transactional moments.

• Accelerate the team with reusable flows, templates, and code-adjacent prototypes; partner with engineers to ensure feasible, accessible, and performant implementations.
• Lead high-impact initiatives end to end when needed, from problem framing and exploration through interactive prototyping, delivery, and launch, driving alignment with PM, engineering, data science, and brand partners.
• Introduce and evolve new ways of working across design, product, and engineering, using shared artifacts to improve clarity, speed, and alignment.
• Apply modern AI tools in daily workflows and within our internal Design Lab to explore motion, image generation, and code-driven prototypes that unlock new, scalable patterns.
