Product Designer

• Own the brief-to-delivery pipeline: receive briefs from business stakeholders, resolve ambiguity proactively, and confirm deliverables, format and success criteria before a single pixel is placed.
• Deliver high-quality UI to specification and on agreed timelines, communicating schedule risks immediately and transparently.
• Work with fastidious attention to detail within our Figma design system, adhering to strict tokens & variables, design rules and naming conventions.
• Create, maintain and extend reusable components using atomic design principles, keeping the system clean, consistent and scalable.
• Partner closely with front-end developers to produce developer-ready handoffs — covering interaction states, edge cases and responsive behaviour — and participate in QA to ensure implementation matches design intent.
• Proactively identify gaps and inconsistencies in the design system and propose well-considered resolutions.
• Self-review and lead design crits for your work before submission, and iterate with pace and a positive attitude.

Product Designer – Trading

• Use Figma and AI tools to communicate and validate design decisions
• Contribute to the UX of Bounce's consumer-facing product across web and mobile
• Help maintain and extend Bounce's design system, ensuring consistency across surfaces
• Participate in user interviews, usability tests, and research sessions
• Understand how users interact with current flows and where pain points exist through quantitative and qualitative data
• Contribute to competitive research and stay curious about how leading consumer products solve similar problems
• Work closely with product managers to understand problem framing, constraints, and success metrics before jumping into design
• Partner with engineers to understand technical constraints and ensure design feasibility
• Present your work in design jam sessions, and articulate the reasoning behind your decisions

Senior Product Designer – 6-month Contract

• Own web products experiences end-to-end;
• Take full design ownership of key web flows, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints across the full surface area;
• Embrace a test-and-learn mindset grounded in data, usability insights, and user feedback;
• Work alongside your PMs, tech lead, and engineering to co-design the best solutions and ensure smooth handoff;
• Collaborate across Sword teams and with other designers to maintain consistency;
• Contribute towards the broader Design System;
• Use AI tools thoughtfully, to accelerate your workflow where it makes sense, and design AI-led product experiences that pair Human + AI for superior patient outcomes;
• Stay curious about what's working, what's not, and why.

UX Designer

• Create and maintain user-focused IT communication materials, including email announcements, FAQs, user guidance, intranet articles, and internal platform content
• Develop clear, action-oriented communications explaining system changes, user impacts, and required actions using UX writing and plain language principles
