Product Designer

• Develop and refine wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity visual designs in accordance with product/user requirements for existing and new experiences
• Partner with product to conduct and analyze user research, usability testing, and data to inform design decisions alongside product management counterparts.
• Partner with product management and contribute to roadmap initiatives from discovery to delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Contribute to the development and execution of the vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Collaborate with your design colleagues to advance existing design patterns and practices for desktop and mobile versions of our products.
• Execute user-centered design principles and represent the voice of the user throughout the development of mockups, prototypes, and delivered features.
• Work with other design team members to create and maintain visual and experiential consistency across products and features. Contributing to the existing and future design system(s).
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design practices and outputs into day-to-day development processes.
• Communicate design rationale and present solutions to various audiences, including internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and design sprints to drive alignment, innovation, all while ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high quality standard.
• Within your first 3 months you will have fully embedded into a product team and you are contributing design requirements into existing projects. You are building low and high fidelity prototypes, helping execute user research and testing, and helping to ensure the product vision is delivered. Most importantly, you have a deep understanding of our customers and you are proficient at translating their problems into well-defined solutions.

• Leads important projects in design, development, documentation, debugging and support of the user interface to have best possible user experience.
• Articulates, develops and models the end user experience of the visual design of the application, to make user interaction simple, efficient and consistent.
• Prioritizes and manages work to adhere to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintains awareness of ongoing departmental policy and management initiatives.
• Works whiteboard sketches to full high fidelity digital experiences including responsive web, native mobile, voice, and emerging digital solutions.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to prioritize deliverables, manage and deliver design assets on time, as well as champion the best possible user experience for the brand.
• Creates user studies, user flows, wireframes, UI designs, prototypes, annotations and other deliverables.
• Assesses and optimizes the performance of new and existing features by actively participating in usability testing & user research, and interpreting analytics data.
• Collaborates with managers, front end developers, software engineers, and fellow designers to craft the best translation of the brand and Banner services into compelling interactive experiences.
• Develops, maintains, and upholds interactive style guides, design systems, and enterprise standards to assure continuity of experience across digital products.

Senior Digital Product Designer

• Own end-to-end design for a web application for corporate users who own the grocery replenishment function, spanning ordering, exceptions, configuration, and performance.
• Design reporting, insights, and performance dashboards, from table stakes today toward conversational, AI-powered analytics.
• Design exception-based workflows and controls (ordering, display size, configuration, order policy tuning) that let corporate users manage operations without technical depth.
• Shape agentic and conversational experiences that surface AI-powered insights to less-technical customers.
• Own shared portal services UX (admin, permissions, authorization, multi-role) that no single team owns today.
• Build reusable components and keep UX consistent across portal surfaces.
• Ship quickly with the Ordering product and engineering teams using modern AI-assisted tools, and partner with design leadership on cross-product coherence.

Product Designer, Ordering

• The AI Learning Design Lead plays a critical role in designing, developing, and delivering strategic learning experiences that support the organization’s AI initiatives
• Serves as the primary point of contact for all AI Learning Program stakeholders, including executives, HR, and external partners
• Partners with the Associate Director to represent the program in executive forums, to define and provide updates on roadmap, measurement rubrics, learning prioritization, and scaling strategies
• Design and develop learning programs that build foundational AI literacy as well as advanced capabilities across the workforce
• Create learning pathways that help employees effectively integrate AI tools into their daily work
• Partner across the organization to support skilling initiatives
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure our program has what it needs to succeed
• Own the full lifecycle of the AI Learning program budget, from creation to tracking and burn management
• Oversee the planning and execution of all AI Learning events, ensuring high-quality experiences that reflect the program's values
• Maintain strong documentation practices to ensure transparency, continuity, and informed decision-making
• Develop and manage program governance materials, including committee operating guidance and program documentation
