Product Designer

• Support the evolution of the company's innovation culture and processes by applying Design Thinking and Service Design principles to projects, events and ongoing initiatives — from discovery through experimentation to communicating results.
• Internal innovation program management: support the operation of the Ideas Program (collection, screening and follow-up of ideas).
• Organization of culture projects and events: assist with Innovation Week, hackathons, meetups and dissemination activities (internal/external communication), including logistics, content and participation/engagement metrics.
• Liaison with hubs and open innovation: map and organize contacts with startups/hubs, support benchmarking, technical visits and open challenges with the market (including platforms and partners).
• Discovery processes for internal improvements: conduct immersion activities (field observation, interviews), stakeholder mapping, journey and process mapping; support analysis of qualitative and quantitative data and synthesis of insights.
• Facilitation of Design Thinking activities: prepare and lead sessions such as the CSD Matrix, How Might We?, mind maps, proto-personas and discussion rounds; consolidate results into clear artifacts.
• Documentation and communication: produce presentation materials, progress reports, playbooks and communication content to give visibility to innovation initiatives.

Innovation Intern, Service UX Design

• You will join the Real Estate team aiming to make the platform a benchmark for advertisers, delivering an efficient and autonomous experience.
• Bachelor’s degree completed in Design or related fields.
• Previous experience with digital products in web environments and native mobile applications.
• Facilitation techniques.
• Experience with Figma and design systems.
• Experience with user-behavior tools on the platform, such as heatmaps.
• Experience conducting usability tests.
• Knowledge of business metrics and data analysis.
