Product Designer

• Works with Medical Director to develop medical plans
• Engages with outside experts/consultants/advisors for medical plans input
• Performs regular medical review of data listings and data visualization
• Analyzes data to identify risks and data patterns/trends
• Authors medical data queries and reviews query responses
• Manages project scope of work and quality of deliverables
• Serves as primary interface between internal team, customers, and vendors
• Collaborates with study team members to identify data integrity risks
• Adheres to data privacy guidelines and Good Clinical Practices

Senior Medical Scientist – Protocol Design

• Own product design end-to-end — from definition through handoff to engineering
• Build the design system from scratch
• Design interfaces for complex financial workflows: invoice processing, bank reconciliation, period-end close management
• Work alongside the engineering team during implementation and ensure design fidelity in production
• Participate in client conversations to validate design decisions with real users
• Contribute to the visual direction of the product as it evolves toward a more conversational AI model

• - Social proof sections
• - Page structures and layouts
• Develop reusable landing page frameworks that enable rapid campaign deployment
• Support experimentation initiatives through iterative design improvements
• Contribute to the design of the Spyglass platform, including:
• - Dashboards
• - Competitor intelligence feeds
• - Alerts and notifications
• - Data visualizations
• - Workflow experiences
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma
• Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure smooth implementation
• Conduct usability reviews and identify opportunities to improve user experience
• Translate user feedback and product requirements into intuitive design solutions
• Build and maintain a scalable design system across marketing and product surfaces
• Establish reusable components, design tokens, and interaction patterns
• Ensure consistency across web experiences, landing pages, and product interfaces
• Help define design standards as the platform continues to grow
