• Design, maintain, and continuously improve the Spyglass marketing website
• Create responsive page layouts, templates, and scalable design patterns
• Collaborate on content hierarchy, visual storytelling, and conversion-focused user journeys
• Ensure a consistent and polished brand experience across all web properties
• Optimize user flows to improve demo bookings and sign-up conversions
• Design high-converting landing pages for paid acquisition campaigns, partnerships, and product launches
• Create and test A/B variants for key conversion elements, including:
• - Hero sections
• - Calls-to-action (CTAs)
• - Social proof sections
• - Page structures and layouts
• Develop reusable landing page frameworks that enable rapid campaign deployment
• Support experimentation initiatives through iterative design improvements
• Contribute to the design of the Spyglass platform, including:
• - Dashboards
• - Competitor intelligence feeds
• - Alerts and notifications
• - Data visualizations
• - Workflow experiences
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma
• Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure smooth implementation
• Conduct usability reviews and identify opportunities to improve user experience
• Translate user feedback and product requirements into intuitive design solutions
• Build and maintain a scalable design system across marketing and product surfaces
• Establish reusable components, design tokens, and interaction patterns
• Ensure consistency across web experiences, landing pages, and product interfaces
• Help define design standards as the platform continues to grow

UX/UI Designer, Part-time

• Transformar lo complejo en simple: Traducir requerimientos técnicos y necesidades de negocio en propuestas visuales claras, funcionales y fáciles de usar.
• Prototipar con herramientas modernas: Generar wireframes, mockups y prototipos interactivos en baja, media y alta fidelidad.
• Usar IA como parte del proceso creativo: Integrar herramientas como Figma AI, ChatGPT, Claude, v0.dev, Framer AI o Galileo AI.
• Evolucionar nuestro design system: Crear y mantener componentes modernos.
• Investigar y validar con usuarios reales: Participar en entrevistas, encuestas, user testing, A/B testing, journey maps y análisis de comportamiento.
• Trabajar en equipo: Colaborar con atención al cliente, analistas funcionales, product managers y equipos de desarrollo bajo metodologías ágiles.

UX/UI Designer

• Co-architect the product unification across CRM, Financial Services, and SIS
• Map the full system and design coherent experiences
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Customer Success to validate feasibility
• Share frameworks and help institutionalize systems thinking across the design team
• Contribute to unifying the design system across products
• Design and run mixed-methods research with schools, accountants, and parents

• **What You’ll Be Doing:**
• - Develop or refine our visual brand identity (logos, color palettes, typography, imagery, etc.)
• - Collaborate with the team to translate brand strategy into visuals that resonate with our audience
• - Create brand guidelines to ensure consistent use across all platforms and materials
• - Design marketing assets such as social media graphics, presentations, brochures, and digital/print collateral
• - Ensure all designs align with brand messaging, tone, and positioning
• - Provide direction or templates that can be reused by the team after project completion
