Product Analyst

• Ensure a well-thought-out, logically structured, and functional product.
• Translate business and customer requirements into clear specifications for development.
• Define and document user flows, system logic, edge cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Make use of the ShadCN design library to assemble product screens and components.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager and/or Creative Director to research, analyse, and prototype new product features.
• Develop user cases, scenarios, workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for screens and system flows.
• Document functional requirements and design guidelines to ensure accurate implementation.

Business Analyst – Product Focused

• Analyse warehouse and transport processes and identify opportunities to improve digital capabilities
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and solution designs
• Assess the impact of ERP and Order Management changes on WMS and TMS
• Collaborate with Product Owners, engineers and Operations throughout discovery, delivery and implementation
• Support testing, implementation and business adoption of new capabilities
• Validate business outcomes and measure operational impact
• Contribute to the successful delivery of the SPRING ERP transformation

Business Analyst – Supply Chain Product

• Design and implement comprehensive measurement plans for our front-end courier experience using tools like Snowplow or Google Analytics 4.
• Partner with engineers to define event schemas and ensure front-end tracking is robust, scalable, and accurately reflects the courier’s real-world journey.
• Perform deep-dive analyses by merging app-tracking data with backend operational data sources (e.g., dispatch logs, routing efficiency, payment systems) to identify friction points.
• Leverage Airflow to orchestrate data pipelines and maintain version-controlled workflows via GitHub, ensuring data reliability and reproducible research.
• Own the end-to-end experimentation such as A/B testing, etc. You’ll design experiments, calculate sample sizes, and perform causal inference to determine what truly moves the needle.
• Explore and implement Agentic AI workflows to automate routine analysis, anomaly detection, or courier feedback categorization, keeping the team focused on high-impact strategy.
• Build and maintain sophisticated, executive-level dashboards in Tableau that track the health of the courier experience and logistics performance.
• Act as the analytical advocate for our couriers, using data to highlight pain points in their daily workflow, ensuring the 'Courier Voice' is a primary driver of the product roadmap.
• Ensure all tracking and data collection methods are strictly compliant with GDPR and local privacy regulations.
